A lot of superheroes get their powers from freak accidents and get taken by the government to be experiment on, but if you have small powers from the start, and they get developed on the more you grow, it would be better to join the olympics.

Probably just some sorta civilian/street clothes kinda thing, i know not really much of a costume, but with matching colors, it could work!
