Her Destiny

 

 The Warrior

During the darkest days of the Cold War between the Soul Hunters and the Phoenixes a weapon was forged;.......more powerful,........more fearsome.......and more adaptable than any the universe had ever seen.The world has since changed and so, too, did the weapon that could one day destroy the........Phoenixes. So to make sure that the past did not repeat itself the Phoenixes altered time and reality doing every thing possible to hide the weapons true potential from itself. And they succeeded..or a time........until a warrior by the name of  Selice Andolen Castercon left the Phoenixes realm in order to find the weapon and enlist her help with the long and bloody war. Then embarking on the long journey through time she searched for the weapon until one day in a reality know as earth 529 she found it...............

My name is not important all I know is that I am a weapon and that is all I will ever be, I was born in a facility and trained since birth to do one thing: kill, and that is all I will ultimately do there is no escaping the fact of who I am and no matter how hard I try I always realize my true potential to be a weapon an assassin a girl who can never have a life but just won't admit it. So now I live among Humans and Mutants, Heroes and Villains, Aliens and Earthlings, Demons and Angles, gods and Mortals but there was one thing that this word lacked…me…... The day that I stepped foot on that earth was the day that they found me the day that I singed the death warrant for earth 6…1...6 my true potential is still hidden from me though I know one other thing…………I am no mere human mutant, I am no mere mortal, I am no alien my home is not earth 616 or 259, I am not hero or villain but I am.....A monster...

Notes:  Cloned into captivity and having absolutely no care shown toward her, Laura was molded into becoming a weapon; and that is exactly what she became.  Trained to be elite, her sharp mind was able t know that she was being used.  Therefore, she fled the facility in hopes of starting a new life.  Hoping to recollect remnants of her existence, she sought out the man who was her biological father.  However, he rejected her.  Broken and lost, Laura left and began to drift.

Soon after that, she met William Greystoke - a man who took her in off the streets and trained her to be a part of Wolf Pack.  Though she had a home, Talon's life soon fell into chaos yet again.  Betrayed by one of her team mates, she was taken captive by the Hidden Lotus.  While in captivity, she was tortured and given a serum that
countered her healing ability.  Though she escaped into the wilderness, she was near death.  It was at that moment when William Greystoke found her once again and gave her the gift of immortality, thus transforming her into a lycan.

Greystoke adopted young Laura and decided to raise her as his own.  At that point, the bond between them was deeper than just blood.  Now, Laura had a father whom she could look up to.  She is now Laura Elysian Greystoke, daughter of William Greystoke, and Princess of the Lycan Underworld.

(The summary of Talon's life by an individual known as Slight)
 
 Talon/X23 has, from the day she was created, been introduced to nothing but pain and torture. As a child, she was forced to learn the ways of the warrior, and the emotions as well. She was not able to show them at all, for they were a sign of weakness. And weakness would not be tolerated. Learning fast that if she was to survive she was going to have to be obedient. But as they say "caged animals will have one or two options fight for be controlled." And Talon was not one to be controlled. 
 
As the years went on, She learned that Core , the institute she grew up in was using her for a weapon. An experiment, all of the truths that had been hidden from her for all of her life were revealed. For the first time the emotions she'd learned to hide, and control, flooded out of her like a mighty ocean. Confusion, but mostly anger, she unsheathed her claws and cut down the people that tried to stop her from escaping.  
 
A life on the run, and homeless, Talon turned to selling her body to get by. Her life still, even after getting away from all the torturous aspects, was still horrible. That was until she met a man, who for another first time showed her love. His name, William Greystoke, saw Talon as a person, not a weapon. Teacher her that it was alright to use her abilities for the good of all, she joined him, and is now one of the major players in the legendary Wolf Pack. 
 

Possible Future....

 
But that was not the end of if...Jump seven years into the future. Talon, the created spawn of a weapon is now the head of the place that showed her such darkness. She knew that Core was a worldwide organization. Using her knowledge of the place, she gained power and finally became the first female head of Core. In this position, she has put a stop to any genetic tampering on humans, or humanoid beings of this world. Talon is now leading the organization out of the darkness they put her through...

I come from earth 529 in the beginning we use to be like your world out dated with just minor technology but that all changed when “They  came,” The Soul Hunters. They are a race of eternal creature bent to control and power. No one knows where they came from or how old they are all they know is that they are darkness in a whole new prospect. They struck a deal with our world if we agreed to give them “The HEART” then they would give us their technology.
 
 If you are wondering what the HEART is then it is a stone that crashed on earth millenniums ago and has been

kept. So the exchange was made and our world prospered and evolved. But then the day came where a soul-hunter and human reproduced and gave birth to the first mutant. Once the Illuminati of Soul Hunters found out about this they tried to kill the child, and we were sent to the past to make sure the child survived. 

We succeeded but as an alter affect we altered time. The mutant then sent a physic global shock wave infecting other humans cause mutants to grow rabidly. Eventually about 5 years ago a blood ward began between the Soul Hunters and their leader who has no name. But before that our numbers grew less during the Sentinel

war, They are beings that were created but when the time traveling robot know as Nimrod appeared he gave then technology so that they could evolve to a state where they were very much like mutants. In the war Mutants were used in the front lines of the battles and controlled by both sides.
 
 Now the war continues and the man or being behind the soul hunter thirsts for power and nothing less, and I have been sent from the future to the past to stop him while he is still weak that is my mission. I  am X-23 Mutant class Alpha, designation Laura of the fifth squad and I have come to fine the man behinds the alteration of the future and kill him single highhandedly.  ”

 

The 'Core' Including Inside information on protect Alpha

 
The organization was created for the soul purpose of creating an army of emotionless beings. That would be able to subdue the resistance in the far off quadrants. Though with the recently acquired technology from the sentient robot Nimrod they where able to create an army of party cybernetic being. 
 

You fail to see the larger picture, I am hunted down by the M.S.B.C.F (Mutant and Super powered Being Containment Facility) from my reality in earth 529 which is far more advanced than you could understand, and they would be able to out mach you and I if we were to come in contact with them

Members are former resistant (The Anti Mutant resistance)  individuals who were broken and formed into the collective, each member is a level 9 telepath and each commander is required to have at least 5 level 12 telepaths which is the strongest of them all, then they are equipped with weapons that if the target what ever their powers they would loose the for long enough to take them down.

 Once they succeed and they will they would take the mutant or super to a containment facility and there are many scattered through out my quadrant and galaxy, they would reprogram them as they did to me that is partly the reason that I do not wish to return to my home earth for they would find me and take me back.
 
Their base of operation hovers just about earth in sector 000, it is an equipped battle fortress and is very secretive. Though the Core contain many there scattered bases, this is their larges and is where most of the many expressions and operations occur in.  It is equipped with a cloaking device, the strongest type of shielding along with weaponry to keep unwanted guests out.

There are level 6 which are used to read minds, 7 which are used to located, 8 which are able to scan weaponry they are Technopaths,

and 9 for subduing, 10 is for harnessing some one or controlling them, 11 is able to kill any one with a thought and 12 are all of them together.

Having this army gave then the advantage they needed also with minor upgrades. Now along with they two groups (Telepaths and Cyborgs) the wanted to create a whole new group of soldiers. Super soldiers that had the same abilities of both the Telepaths and the great strength of the Cyborgs. And that was when the fifth division was created. They where a group of soldiers, age ranging between teens and adults. They where ranked level 13 of the telepaths, and other beings.

These soldiers where deadly. Nothing could stand in their way. For they felt nothing, because the capacity of emotion was removed from them at birth. This group of test subject where The Cores finest. They killed when ordered, and never questioned their superiors.

But soon enough emotions began to erupt and due to the fact that the level 13 solders after a long period of time, became unstable. Having no choice they had to kill every last one of them, but because of this failure they where able to fix what they had over looked. They needed to remove the souls of the soldiers in order for them not to go rouge. And so they recreated The Fifth division, also known as Squad Alpha for they contained previous individuals from Project Alpha.

 

Known Personality traits (Still Being acquired)

   Cool, Calm and Calculated
  Talon is a very quiet person only speaks when spoken to. Since she was raised in Captivity her ideas of doing things are much more divers. When around people she plays the wallflower and most of the time sits in a corner and observes her surroundings. If the situation demands it she will speak her mind and do what she thinks needs to be done. As an assassin she picked up one thing from all her training “It’s a kill or be killed world” and that is how she justifies her actions. 

She does her best to know every thing about a person before she comes in contact with them. If she does not she dose her best to figure out who they are from their personality. Being an assassin she would quickly take out any one that poses a threat to her or her friends. She is very protective over the ones that she cares about and will even sacrifice her life for their safety. 

•  She finds it hard to show her true feelings due to them always being suppressed. When given an assignment she would do every thing her power to complete it with no looses ends “How you do it isn’t important it’s about getting it done”. She is very loyal to those she trusts and to those she dose not she makes sure they know.

Her creators treated her as an animal and Talon sometimes shows hostility now and then to an extent of even having to leave a discussion if she gets angry enough. Being forced to survive on her own Talon dose not need the help on any one or that is what she says. She is a master of out door survival and can even communicate with the wild life that she is surrounded by

• Talon has an animal personality that she does her best to keep concealed but in some occasions she does revile her more feral side. Though she tries to hide her more affectionate side Talon does have feelings but does not feel it necessary to show them.  Most of her problems she would keep to her self “I don’t need to burden others with my own life”.

But she never forgets where she comes from and what she is: a clone of some one better. She does not seem to care for the fate of herself by stating “I am a clone, a copy of some one else not the original and every one know that the original is more important that the copy”. Though she has lived amongst people for a time she still is hesitant to revile her true self to any one.

•  At the Facility she was told “Never to let any one take advantage of you but take advantage of them" To some one Talon would appear as a normal 16 year old girl but that gave her the advantage in most of her missions. Talon does not like to admit this but she likes killing she like to make people and the worst part of it is that through all of this she realizes that she could never have a real life and love. Yet as of late her opinion has been altered due to several events. 

Recently she has shown strange singe of humanity that have appeared to be resurfacing with in her. This began partially due to her being adopted by The Hunter, and since then her personality has proven to be very unstable;e. At times she can be a emotionless monster and at other times she can be a scared little girl who needs help. Though it is unsure how these multi personality manifested themselves with in her. Though when realizing she is showing emotion she does her best to conceal it. She might appear hard on the inside, but ultimately she is a scared little girl wanted to make her father proud. 

 

In Depth Personality (secret)

  Upon  encountering her, Talon might be mistaken for a typical young woman, calm and quiet and polite. However, as time has passed she has become somewhat darker and more complex. Talon  is very taciturn, hardly ever uttering more than a few words. She has learned to speak when spoken to and obeys that rule often. She hardly speaks her mind and in many cases goes and does her own thing instead of talking it over. 
 

 Because she grew up in an environment known as the M.S.B.C.F , she speaks using perfect grammar and speech. She hardly used slang and before coming into the real words she never used it. She speak with perfect English and most of the time would annoy most people when commenting on their inefficient use of grammar as they speak. She also engages in willing cutting herself with her own claws, something that began when she was a child.
 

 She mostly does this when feeling intensive and strong emotions in any situation/ or when experiencing emotion she had never felt before. Talon is a highly trained and skilled combatant; she is able to kill dozens of heavily armed opponents during a single battle, and she does so no emotion and or remorse what so ever. Though she some times does yet most of the time, in killing any one she shuts down all emotion and becomes a cold carious person

When joining the Wolf Pack she changed but only slightly.  Being part of the team has helped her adjust to the world. However, she still contains her cold, no-nonsense, logical and calious attitude. Yet is has been proven that Talon also has trouble comprehending and expressing the many new emotions she has been experiencing for the very first time. like emotions of love, and caring for some one, along with fear and slight envy.
 

As time ha progressed she has proven to be rebellious in any cases, and would chose to be. Saying she would know better that her superior. When given a mission she would question her leader and inform him or her in the holes in the plan. Also she is a very dark person. Her mind often dwells in killing. No matter how hard she tries and no matter the situation her mind some how always lets killing enter it. In a case like if she was to engage in conversation with a team mate, and or an assigned to a mission with a friend or team mate. 

 
In these situation she would constantly think of way so kill her own friends and family. The many details would drift in her mind and even though she does not wish it. Many times she considers killing fellow team mates and friends. She forces herself to be the outside because she fears if she gets to close to any situation or any person that her killing nature would take control over her. She stays away from people because at any time she could kill them. For no other reasons than, she wants to kill them.
 

Talon has a deep passion for killing. it is something she knows she is good at. And knows that no one can judge her. Killing is her way of being free, having no boundary nothing and no one to tell her what to do. Many times she kills to let off steem she has been harboring up. And in other cases she just does it plainly for fun. It has appeared in many times that she times pleasure in killing it seeing the life of a person being stopped by her hands. It makes her feel like she is control, like she is strong. And it helps her get rid of the anger and hatred with in her.

 The Sword

The sword of Gemini isn’t the source of Gemini's power on the contrary its actually a seal a prison designed to keep Geminie from reigning terror across the universe only a worthy person may wield it by making a contract with the soul of the Guardian the Guardian will not age will not die at least not by natural causes so long as they act as the swords guardian however the sword itself can channel in Gemini's power through it giving tremendous power when needed however each time you use that power more of the seal on Gemini breaks and since the sword is attached to a soul it affects your personality directly pretty much you become empathic over Gemini itself. 

  The Wielder becomes the Weapon

 As for that armor well that’s what happens when you break down the boundary that keeps your persona away from Gemini's persona by breaking that boundary both your persona become one creating a new persona this person is known as Siren. There for the wilder becomes the weapon and changes. Even though it might not be seen for a long time. And even after the wielder has let go of the sword the effects still cause a ripple effect. And in time the personality and mental state of the previous wielder deteriorates. That was why the Council would always kill the previous wielders of the sword to stop them from going rouge. 
 
But if the Wielder is not killed after the sword is given to the next bearer. That person will retain the dark oar that the sword once possessed. Soon enough the person would exhibit strange moods and a dark personalty would slowly begin to take over the original one. And eventualy even though the sword is no longer present with the once wielder they would began to generate a whole new darker and slightly eviler personality with out even realizing it.
 
But if the Wielder is not killed after the sword is given to the next bearer. That person will retain the dark oar that the sword once

possessed. Soon enough the person would exhibit strange moods and a dark personalty would slowly begin to take over the original one. And eventually even though the sword is no longer present with the once wielder they would began to generate a whole new darker and slightly eviler personality with out even realizing it.  
 
The only way for this to be averted is if the previous bearer finds the present one. And if capable would ask for their soul to be separated the right way to cause no trauma. The previous wielder would attempt to completely separate himself or herself from the weapon in order for this dark persona not to arise, Though it to much time has basted between the separation of the weapon and the souls remain in tact the previous wielder will have no power to stop the corrosion on their soul.
 
 The armor is a direct result of Gemini's ability to adapt its host body to any situation of combat and its ability to bend and manipulate light itself in Siren mode your

speed is like that of Superman your strength is increased tremendously your body no longer eats food but rather absorbs light particles directly into itself. Gemini in this form is most noted for by its’ ability to adapt to combat within seconds due to armor like body that compresses energy within the muscles which is like the hulk only rather then the muscles bulging outward your muscles go inward

  As Talon has wielded the weapon it has proven to aid her many times in battle giving her the strength needed to over come any adversary. Though due to Talon's mental statues she was never fully able to unlock Gemini's full potential and unable to free Gemini from her metallic prison. Or that is what was suppose to be believed. Due to the separation of the soul of Gemini from the sword. It is thought that the sword would be useless. Yet there is a rumor that Gemini was not the only source of power. That before Gemini was imprisoned the sword has a power of it's own. And Gemini was just one large cover up.  But it is unknown weather is is true or not. Yet the only possible answers would lie with the once known Guardian of the sword: Isaac

Laura appears as a normal Teenage if you where to take a glance at her. Yet  she has chosen for herself how own style of clothing and look. in many cases she has proven to be or to take up the mantle of a Gothic girl and or a Biker chick, though she is seen many times dressed as a normal girl with normal Attire.  It has been shown that when in these situation she feels awkward and slightly uncomfortable. Yet when wearing black she has shown no disapproval or nervousness.
 
 Laura is less than a modest person. In many cases she leave her stomach well exposed and her upper body tight and slender. Some say this is because of the missions that she goes one. That she needs to be able to move fast, and only her present attire can due so, yet she secretively enjoys the feeling of begin looked at by other men, even if not attracted. If she is required to dress as a prostitute, then she will not hesitate to dress that way. She has many times been seen going into clubs/bars, dressed as such. 
 
She also most of the time would wear and jaggeder jeans and black tank top is she remains at the Wolf Pack manor. And when going out she would slide on any attire that suits her mood. She has never been seen wearing a dress or formal skirt ever. The closet she\'d ever get was a tightly hip skirt and a large belt. "Though it is unknown how she got this liking of style, yet all that is known is she does not really care about what she wears just about what she does while she's wearing it. 
 
Laura though might appear loose yet she does have a code of conduct. In on a mission she will dress for the location. Talon has been sent on many undercover missions and knows how to dress to impress. Though in a more comfortable environment, she would dress her usual state. But if she was to go on a Wolf Pack mission she would dress in her uniform. Laura contains a uniform made out of Vabranium. It is a Midnight blue Vabranium suit that fits against her body like a second skin. It contains the Wolf Pack symbol on the right shoulder along with on the utility belt that attaches against her waist.

 

Synopsis of Ability and Equipment

• Weapons: Previously (And still wishing she had) The Sword of Geminie, Currently: Dagger of Felice and two Adamantanium Blades, Other. Other consists of many other types of weaponry etc guns, fire arms. Along with the ever day sword and balds that she places on herself.
  
• Natural Powers:  Regenerative Healing Factor, Superhuman strength, stamina, agility, reflexes, and senses, Feral aggression, Lycanthrope. These ability she has mostly when her mutant gene manifested. Besides Lycanthropy, the rest of her ability she gained all at once.
  
• Unnatural Powers: Alter appearance, Elemental powers, Flight, mild telepathy and bare telekinesis. These ability she was able to gain while still bearing the weapon Gemini. Though due to events she is no longer the bearer and no long has these ability that she once possessed....or does she?
  
• Gained By the Facility: Vibranium laced retractable claws and recently plated Skeleton. Trigger scent, Implants, Multiple Personality Disorder (X23). These things she has been forced to equipped herself during the time at the Core. Some of these act helpful those others are a curse.

Talon's Life

 

*Weapon Alpha Project*: The Creation of a Weapon

   
Like many worlds every one has a fatal flaw. For some it’s the economy other’s it’s own technology. Yet for this world it lacked something greater. It lacked the ability to create any kind of like with out it having a limited time of living. No matter how the scientists of the MSBCF also know as the “Core” tried they where unable. Yet the organization’s entire purpose was to create a cloned army of mutant’s beings able and equipped.  Emotion fully stripped. Like clay for their messy hands to get into.

  And as time progressed they slowly yet surly began to reach their goal. A weapon was being well in hand forged yet with different tactics. A man by the name of Logan Howlett a former war vet from World War three was chosen to be the source of these cloning. 
 
He unwillingly was taken from his home, his wife and his family and became test subject one, aka Alpha. Because his DNA was compatible to be duplicated, the capabilities of Weapon Alpha extend beyond their wildest dreams.
 

They where now capable to create weapons from former humans. Wit ha single strand of DNA injected into any mutant or superbeing they would gain complete and ultimate control over that persons brain. And that individuals free will soon went out the window.  Yet they still where unable to create a being a person out of thin air. They still had not achieved that gone.

Now after 122 years of research they finally had a break through in their work. For instead of trying to create a whole new being out of

DNA that needed to be created, they decided to use the DNA already acquired from the Alpha process. With this they where able to duplicated and clone of the original Weapon Alpha many times. Yet as they tried they where only able to let the egg survive but only a week at most.

Then a Scientist know by “General T Adams” took over the protect and that’s where he had his revelation. Instead of created a exact replica he would alter the genes just enough to make the egg cell possibly survive. Yet it would be unstable and risky. The procedure commenced as Adams was bent on creating this clone. And on the 24 of July 3789, she was created…entirely clone, Fully alive and 100 % Weapon. 
 

*Weapon Alpha Protect*  The Core of "It's" Creation

 

The egg was then debated over. Weather they would insert it into a female or grow it using their advanced technology. It was then concluded that having an actually birth mother would bring the clone to close to humanity. But Dr Adams disagreed saying that they could let the clone have a mother yet, and at the same time make it stronger. Still they needed to gain female to put their second step into

action. For at this time the Females of the mutant race proved  to be more efficient less prone to violence.

And so they where able to find the perfect specimen for this clones supposed mother. Forcing the woman to bear the egg for nine moths, and then giving birth to the child. The moment that the baby emerged from her mother’s womb they quickly placed a containment cylinder and filled it with a substance known as “Anit-Amertern” the liquid would let the child de-age to a point where there is only a mere egg cell once more. After that they would re-grow the egg themselves in order to make it twice as stronger as before.

As time passed, the nine months  where soon up once more and the egg cell had grown into a human child…or clone. When the time was right Adams removed the baby from the capsule and began step three of the long and hard process. They would have to manually enter the child brain while still young and physically remove the things necessary for emotion. For this task they called in the Telepaths.

While the child was still young they used level 12 telepathy to remove all ability to feel, any thing that could grant this clone any type of humanity. The process was grueling and very risky. There was a large possibly that the child could have gained brain damage. It is assumed that Talon’s Multi personality disorder came because of a glitch in the process.

Once the mind altering was completed they, while the clone was still an infant they removed all possible genital organs from her. Making it impossible for the girl to ever be able to reproduce unless they personally let her regain her. This way granting leverage over the child if ever.  After a few more test and scans the beginning was complete. The Female Clone of Weapon Alpha had been created…now the training began. 
 

*Weapon Alpha Protect* The Molding Process

 

At the age of three the child was quickly plunged into the arena. She was trained brutally with out hesitation with out any ramose . Dr Adams made sure that nothing would go wrong. So he over saw every thing that this girl would go through. He planned the simulation,

even picked future team mates that where also being trained.

He made her train under dire circumstance. He would give her little time for rest and hardly any time for food. Each day she would awake at 4 in the morning and train till 12, at that time she would be fed nourishment. Though it would have no taste for all the food he fed her was plain. In many cases he’d treat her like an animal letting her feed off raw meat and go even as far as to drinking the blood of a cow.

And as time passed the girl became as cold, callous as her masters. She was trained in hand to hand combat along with several

stealth training lessons. Along with being able to fight from a distance with fire arms. He made sure that her knowledge didn’t lack any thing. Teaching her about every subject, Science, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and every thing else no matter weather it was useful or not.

But this was not enough for him. Placing the girl in a cold environment he made sure she would learn to fend for herself. He forced he to kill with out hesitation. Forced her to have no conscience. And soon she became what he molded her to be. At She was agile, she was attractive, and she was an assassin.

And after much training he was getting some Where. With all emotion stripped from her it made thing so much easier. Yet he knew

she was net ready for a full on mission. There would still be a lot more training before she would be fully capable of actually going to on the field, and working along side a team.

She was trained in the ways of a killing machine, a weapon. Able to kill on command. But to insure that this would happen. Dr Adam’s created a serum that would cause Weapon Alpha X (X-23) . Though as time progressed and she grew older her viciousness grew as well. It became apparent to the Scientist and to Adams that inside this girl was a monster…a anger weapon and they needed to bring it out.
 

*Weapon X Alpha* Creating a Monster

  

The next few years where hard. They constantly attempted to find ways into cloning her DNA in creating others like her. Though many times they failed. Dr Adams now frustrated took out his wrath on the clone. Forcing her to train harder right faster be better than what  she was suppose to. And she soon exceeded her limits. Due to her always being pushed the dormant anger began to surface. 

At first it was not so relevant until one of her training lessons. As she was training with her teacher out of no where she lunged at him with her katana and sliced it right through his chest with out any provocation. 
 
Instead of being angered Adams was happy at this. Now all he needed was to some how awaken this anger when ever he desired. Not only when she wanted to. And that was there the Trigger scent came.

 

 For many moths they worked hard on a scent that might be able to trigger this anger at any given point in time. And after four long moths of work it was finally completed. The moment it was done he began to rapidly expose the girl to the serum fearfully dropping her into a vat of it and bringing her close to drowning. And in this her anger began to get triggered when ever she smelled it. At first it was gradual but eventually she was exposed and when insane killing all around her.

Happy with the results he was ready to give her a full out test. So for her first assignment. She would be placed in the middle of a shopping mall. So they did she sat there on the bench not knowing the horror that she was about to commit. A few moments passed as she watched people, the first time she had seen people besides agents. And she even caught a glimpse of some one with the same scent as her.

Quickly she jumped to her feet to chase after him but at that moment the serum was unleashed in a gas for and as she inhaled it, it all went black. Soon after she awoke to discover most of the people there laying dead on the floor. She stared in horror of what she had committed. Because now she was more than a clone she was a monster….and she finally realized that.
 

*Weapon X Alpha* Dormant Power

 

On one of her assignment she was suppose to assassin that president of Japan in order to end a peace treaty. She succeeded yet was late by 5 minuets. Adam not being in a good move pinned her against the wall and physically abused her out of the fun of it. This trauma was know to her, for since she was unable to have children the men of the Facility would weekly take a shot at her and she

would not stay in their way.

A few weeks after that he at the age of 7 he knew that she was ready for the next step in her creation. Gathering the lead scientist she proposed that they awaken her dormant mutant ability. In the hopes that it’s the same as her father. Though there was a lot of confusion since mentally actually awakening the muant X gene was impossible. Adams informed then that he had a group of the worlds best working on it and that they would be able to awaken her mutant ability in this moth.

They all agreed and in one moths time she was dragged the girl to the Lab and slid into a large cylinder tube that they soon filled with radioactive liquid. Placing a mask over her face she breathed in the chemical and remained there for a few days. On the fifth day the charts when off she scale as she began to attempt to escape and feel great pain.

They soon saw as she looked at her a horrific sight. That her mutant ability was like her fathers for at that moment two bone claws emerged from her hands as she let off a ice breaking scream. But as thy watched her full mutant ability some gasped some sword but Dr Adams marveled at that magnificent work that he had single offhandedly created.

For at that moment as she struggled equipment began to move and fly across the room. Computers began to resonate electrical

current. And the glass on the containment cylinder started to crack. With this the girls skin color changed to white as there where marks all over her from her back moving down her arms and legs. It appeared to be tattoo like things.

And as he slowly walked around the capsule that appeared to be breaking he saw on her back that all the strands met and formed a dragon. He stared wide eyes as all the technology around him began to break and explode due to some unknown presence. Adams could only marvel at the amount of power that this cloned had some how managed to obtain. And only ask himself…what use will they put it to?*
 
 

*Weapon X Alpha* A Mission Gone South

 

In due time when she was 9 years of Age Dr Adams knew that she was ready for her first full on team mission. He picked and chose from other Weapon Alpha individuals and created a group of four youths. Slifer the leader and eldest of the team being at the age of 12. Sabre , second in command age 11. Knight age 10 weapons master, and finally X-23 assassin.

The group was assembled and though they where not all happy about the grouping they complied. The mission was to stop a recently discovered a freedom fighter base located in the once know town of NYC. The group soon took off by foot and pursued the fighters until

they found them in an under ground base. They then split up each in search for the main pillars of the organization.

X-23 was the first to find them, and shocked. For standing before her was the same man that she saw in the mall. “Weapon Alpha” she whispered as se saw him standing there. Though he seemed to take no heed to her and set off a stream of detonation devices. Obviously they had been expecting them but not children. Gladly the team was alright but soon noticed that X-23 was not present.

As the explosions when off in the under ground caves. X-23 ran with all her might to escape the collapsing ground above her. She quickly cut down a tunnel that she had not seen before. But as she ran the gave collapse on top of her. Gathering her power she slowly crawled out to an opening and lost consciousness after that.

In the clearing where the remaining escapees of the freedom fighters. Among them was Weapon Alpha and a few of the X Men in reality 529. They stared at the girl who had lost consciousness and some of the members wanted to kill her and Weapon Alpha aka James was one of them. He quickly grabbing a gun he would have fired with no remorse.

But before a large energy burst hit the gun and blasted it out of his hands. Cyclopes aka Scott Summers of reality 529 stepped

forwardand argued with James that if they killed her they would be as bad as the core agents. So eventually they all agreed to take her back to their main base, on the space colony Zenith and let Xavier deal with her.

Mean while news of weapon X-23 mission in action soon reached Core head quarters and Adams was infuriated. He had spent his whole life work on creating this weapon. Each moment that she spent around humans around people other than the facility weekend her. And he would not stand for it. And so he ordered his men to find her and kill who ever has her.

 

A Taste of Humanity*The Meeting

 

Talon quickly awoke in a cell. Her hands unlike the Core where not bound and her cell was not that of the Facility. Actually it was nice. There was a bed ad a dresser along with a clean pair of clothes and a place to wash up. But instead of accepting these pleasantries she remained sitting in her corner. She said nothing for no one paid her any mind.

She could see through the glass many of the rebellion members. There was Scot Samuel Summers along with Weapon Alpha. She could see they where in heated conversation. But her attention soon turned to a note that was placed on the bed. Slowly she crawled

on all fours over and picked it up. Unraveling it, she found that it was from the leader Xavier.

Reading it she read about the goal of the underground and that they where not the enemy. Coming to the end of the letter she soon tore it up and ignored what she had recently read for it was all a lie. A cover up. She had been trained to fight these people she would not be brain washed by them like countless others. She was no weakling.

Eventually Scott cautiously came to her cell and opened the door. She first acted in violence but Weapon Alpha soon put a stop to that. Having no choice she was forced to follow Scot Summers in hopes of finding a way out. She was unsure where she was. Probably underground was her first thought but that soon change.

As they walked down the halls they where made of some clear kind of material. And she saw that they where not underground but on an colony. One that had an artificial atmosphere and cloaking device. She was unsure as what to do yet her thoughts where stopped as she entered the room of the head leader Xavier.

For a moment she stood there in silence with Weapon Alpha guarding her she knew she could not escape. Xavier spoke about the rebellion and about the true evil that was arising. Though she listened she found it hard to believe. But the conversation was stopped due to the breaking through of   a group of renegade sentinels.

The three members soon left the room with out giving her any more heed. She could have ran but instead she quickly followed after then and for some strange reason wanted to help them.

 

 

*A Taste of Humanity* The Unlikely Situation

 As she quickly looked out the window to see three large sensible they where A class the best of the best and thy where sent. She could tell my the trackers on their chest that the Facility must have tracked her location. And Not knowing if she came willingly they where going to take her back with or with out force. Her eyes shifted to the papers on prophesier X's desk  Placing them in her hands she looked through the,. They where the information of all the mutants in this location..and one of them she knew...

 

Leaving the room she dashes through the halls avoiding collisions until she ran smack into a young boy. He seemed tempered and quickly ran off with out apologizing. She didn’t really take much mind to it as she raced down to the laboratory where she was being held. She knew that with the right electric current she’d be able to take them down simply. She has see them built it she had see the mechanics and since this place was fraught with technology and weapons she should be able to take it down.

Bursting through the doors she saw that every one must have been tending to the sentinel issue. She dashed to the computer trying to

type as fast as she could. Though there a few codes she could easily hack them as she entered the main data frame. But as she continued to search she discovered that against the teaching of the Core these people where not equipped for ware…they where not hostile.  

As she looked she heard his Xaviers voice in her head, he called her Laura, and he called her and needed her help. She didn;t know what he meant and why he was calling her Laura she didn't really know why she wanted to listen but she knew she would listen to him...at least she'd try.

Leaving the computer she ran outside where she could see a group about twenty mutants using their abilities some of them she even recognized from other missions and failed assassinations.  Before she could do any thing a large blast was aimed at her and would have hit her if not for the same telekinetic.

He looked at her as he stared at her with his blue eyes she was unable to move. But snapping back into reality she pushed him out of the way as a blast hit the both of them knocking them out instantly. As she slowly came to she realized that the battle still ensured.Looking at herself she could see she was not t badly wounded. Her boy friend on the other had, she could see he did no thate a healing factor.

Looking over to the boy she placed his hand around her and attempted to drag her to safety. But before she could the large beast grabbed them both. She tried to struggle but could not. Looking at the boy she saw that they did not dispose of him. As a shield wrapped amount the sentinel it left the colony taking X-23 and the young lad with it.

*A Taste of Humanity* A Friend Formed

 

X-23 slowly came to as her eyes flashed open. She was chained against the wall with Adamatium. Her legs and hands both bided. Along with a color around her neck. She attempted to break free but as he did electricity surged through her as pain ran through her body. She let out a scream of pan as it bounced off the hollow walls.

She desperately looked around until she finally saw across the young boy who was also in the same state that she was. Tied and with no possible hope of escape. He was also conscious just staring at her. For a moment she was unsure as to why he was until it hit her. She was feeling oddly cold. Looking down she noticed that he was naked!

She was unsure on how to react. But as soon as he noticed he looked away and apologized. Eventually after a few more moments of silence with his eyes shut he began to ask her questions and she answered them to the best of her ability. And even though in this strange situation she made her first friend.  

 Though the cameras Dr Adams noticed this as he smiled. He quickly ordered his men to separate them. To throw the boy in a cell and torture him and to bring X-23 to him. They followed orders and been though she was resistant she could not stop herself from being taken.
 

Laura was forced to watch as they tortured the one and only friend that she had in the world. And though she screamed for them to stop they didn’t. Eventually when Dr Adams entered the room she ran to him and kneeled at his feet begging him to stop. He just stared at her as he kicked her in the stomach and soon exited the room.

Laura was left alone. Left to hear the cries and screams of her only friend. Eventually after a few hours they stopped and threw his battered body into her cell. She looked at his wounds and could see he was dying. If he did not get help soon he’d die like ever body else. She stared into his eyes as he gained consciousness. As he did he smiled weakly at her which made her froze.

He began to talk about himself and the many near death experience’ he had gone though. He spoke about a group of freedom fighter’s called the X Men, X standing for Xecute which was the Syclonion word meaning freedom, . She was fascinated by all of this information and wanted to know more. But as the time passed she found he was closer to death and would be gone with in minuets. She was helpless motionless as she knew he was slipping away and could do nothing to stop it.

*A New Beginning* The Realization

 

Events in the past made Talon return to earth 616. She was alone but like always she adapted to every thing around her. Teaming up with her brother they attempted to work on a way to get her back home. But sadly all of them failed. One day Laura was frustrated s she went out into the wilderness for a stroll. Mean while she was soon attacked by a group of Vampires that attempted to kill her.

But before they where able to a man appeared, as he fought off the creatures she saw and could smell a feral side too him one that

she wanted to know more about. She admired the way he fought and how he with held the ferocity with in. Eventually the battle was over and he approached her asking her to join his Wolf Pack, at first she denied him and like most times ran off not looking back. She knew it was too dangerous to affiliate herself with any one and there for would not try.

As time progressed on the moths passed she found herself engaging more and more in the battles of earth 616 and eventually her want and desire to return home slowly vanished. Never the less much happened between then. Weapon X went after her multiple times and she realized that the more secluded she was the more dangerous it was for her and her brother.

She began to reconsider The Hunter’s extending of friendship toward her, and she wondered if maybe she should have accepted it. Finally coming to a conclusion she went to go join Wolf Pack but as she was her brother suddenly went missing. At first Laura desperately searched for him but found no trace of him .

After long moths of searching for her brother she wondered what could have happened to him, till she discovered blue prints for a machine. Accepting that maybe he was able to return home, she son forgot about him and turned her attention toward other matters like: Finding Wolf Pack ad joining it. And so she did William Greystok accepted her reconsideration and wanting to join the team and made her a full fledged member, but he’d live to regret it.
 
 

First mission last chance: The Encounter

Shortly after joining Wolf Pack a crisis arose. Apocalypse was being awoken and Wolf Pack where called by sector 13 to take them out. With that the Wolf Pack traveled to their underground base located in Egypt not to far off from the actual pyramid that they needed to infiltrate. The missions where soon handed out as The Hunter place Talon with the Lycan known as Thomas Lee Jamison.

Swiftly the two embarked. Under the sun lit sky they remained silent. Talon never the less was honored to be paired with any one. Thomas proved to be an admirable team mate. He considered her and did not push to the fullness of his abilities. As they neared the Pyramid they held back to observe the guards and the time scale.

Briskly they watched and once they had an Idea of when the guards switched out they agreed to slit up and meet back in here two hours. Talon quickly walked to the darker side of the Pyramid and after evading the sentinels she entered. After going down many halls ways and not gaining any attention she soon found a hidden tunnel.

Following it, it lead her to a hidden air craft hanger. Soon enough she saw a young man that had been captured. Soon stealthily she freed him and they needed to escape. Silently she took his and as they ran through the complex.

But instead of going back the when to the panicle of the Pyramid.

Sliding down with much hardship they found themselves in the hot sad. He thanked her but soon disappeared with out a trace. She stood there a moment curious but soon realized she needed to meat her team mate. Briskly she ran to the meeting place and awaiting a few moments before he arrives.

Eventually he did and they spoke about what they had seen. With out any more words they dashed off back to Wolf Pack. She would inform her team mates and leader of what they had discovered and plan a way to destroy it. Secrecy was top important, but Laura still could not forget that young man who’s name was Isaac. And in the future she’d be unable to forget it.

 

 

 

Powers and Natural Ability

 

• Stamina

  Talon can go with out food or water for over three days. Her exuberance healing factor substitutes from body fat keeping her slim. Most of the time Talon does her best to show no sine of weakness always going the extra mile and making sure she is not weak. Because she is a Lycan her healing abilities have grown much stronger that her previous mutant ones. There for her stamina has doubled in speed and durability. 
 
Giving her the benefit of being able to survive for longer than before. Instead of being able to go on foot a peak efficiency for three days she now is able to max her speed and still remain at her strongest for about five days. Though she is able to run non stop with no nutrition for a week and a half.
 
 She can go with out food for more than a moth and water for about three weeks strain before her body was start suffering the consequences of her fasting. The longest she had been know to go with out any rest what so ever  was two weeks. But because of the strain on her body. She could need time to rest before she could regain her stamina at peak strength.

 

• Agility

 

Talon is a very nimble person and can get out of tight situations literally. Because of her extensive training at HYDRA they made sure she was slim and quick.  Because of this she is able to do somersaults
 
 back flips with a simple thought. Her movements are swift and she calculates each one. Her speed at the same time is also effected by her agility. Her swift movements if she is in battle help her because she is able to simply leap over her opponent and attack them from there. She is able to fly through the air with grace and land on her feet. 
 
Also because of her Lycan abilities this is doubled.  So even at great heights she is able to land precisely on her feet. Her reflexes are also heightened. With out thought she would be able to swiftly attack a person if he or she was to get to close to her whether if they were a threat or not. Also she kills on instincts and if she is ever surprise her first response would be to attack. For that reason she tries to remain as far as possible from people. 
 

• Speed and Prediction
  

  

 Talon being a Lycan has increase speed. At full strength and with full determination she can go up to 10 miles an hour. But it also depends on what terrain she is on. Though most of the time she does not go at full speed she seldom finds reason to run that fast. If flat that would be her best speed if not she would cover 4 miles in and hour. She would be able to run as her greatest speed to her destination.  

 Because of this speed she is also able to leap over great cassis with out miss. Also her dodging abilities are evolved. Talon is as assassin and was trained to a to be able to predict her opponents moves before they make them. In a battle she would usually play possum and see her ravel weak points and strengths.
 
 She is most of the time the prey not the predator for the begging of a battle or fight. But as the time would progress she would gain an edge. Though this is not a power only a skill that she had picked up. And she is not always correct.
 
 
 

 

• Intelligence
  

  
  

Talon is a very smart individual. She was trained in many different languages including French, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, German and others.  She is also very good at chemistry and has study the Periodic Table of Elements, which gives her the knowledge of how to poison, heal, create explosions or bombs, make poisons gasses and so on. Her geography is at a point where she knows most of the larger countries and their main cities. 
 
She is also accustomed to many different rituals and information about many different and some long forgotten cultures.  She is also able to hack into any files that she comes across. Her knowledge about technology is far more advanced due to her being from a more future set reality.  And though she was trained to be an assassin her ability in the arts are quite grand. For she is a well  and capable musician along with her singing once being superb though she NEVER sings EVER. 
 
And in many cases she has been seen liking old English fiction, giving her common knowledge about that. Along with her ability to understand languages that she had never head before. By assessing the vocals of a person she can quickly be able to speak and understand. Though most of this information is not as of yet common knowledge.

• Feral Instincts (Alkalies Heel)

                                                                                                                 

Talon is part animal and though that gives her great survival skills it also make her very unpredictable and hostile toward others. As most animals they go through phases mating and so on. In her case she is mostly resembled with a cat like creature or wolf most likely. She had two states of mind the one is the calm quiet Talon that she does her best to show and the other is a completely different one.
 
 Edgy, Impatient, quick thinking and deadly. In this state she does not think only care about the mission not how she completes it. in some cases she would go into an uncontrollable rage and attack even kill any one kind of like the trigger scent just it would happen every full moon. But it does depend on who she is with. If she is with some one that she has feelings for she man be more seductive and attempt to mate with them or at least show sines of affection
 
. This has been mostly know to occur  when she is either very angry or going though her once a moth stage. When ever the full moon is up she becomes the more feral Talon and at that time she has also been know to exhibit sexual and lustful behavior to any male that she may fancy. This is the exact opposite of who she really is though. When the full moon cycle begins her Hormones are much harder to control thus she would have a harder time keeping her sexual or hostile feelings at bay.

• Senses

                                                                                                                                                              

 Talon is part Animal and is much more aware of her surroundings than others may think. She is able to track any creature one she gets its scent no matter how long ago it was. She is able to recreate a past situation in her mind and actually visualize what happened and how it happened. Also if being pursued she is very good at deceiving her pursuer with out them knowing.
 
 There are many other things that she can do with these abilities. Example, if she id dropped In an unknown location she would be able to feel the humidity, smell the air, and feel the soil which would give her vague idea of where she is.  Talon does not have an exact scent her self. She was designed to only be the pursuer not the pursued and the only person know to track her was “The Hunter” or her genetic father “Wolverine” 
 
Her senses give her the ability of stealth and speed. Instead of going the wrong way or taking the wrong path she'd be able to avoid those mistakes. But also due to this she is very jumpy. And if she hears a noise far off she will have to distinguish and make sure that it was not near by for it sounds the same to her. 
 

• Sight: Her ability allow her to have beyond human sight. She is able to detect things in the dark by smell. As she smells her surroundings her mind prices together what's around her. And then giving her a kind of sight smell. So even if she is fully in darkness she will always be able to see.
  
• Smell: Along with giving her excellent sight in dark situation her smell makes her an expert tracker. She is able to track a single person or thing across country no matter the terrain. Her smell also make her a great hunter and leaving her with out a map that is no longer needed.
  
• Hearing: It is unknown from what distances she can hear. It also depends if she is  preoccupied and what is going around her. If she is in a quite calm situation she will most likely be able to detect things father away. But in a more stressful situation she will most likely be unable to detect the same thing with out any knowledge of it.
  
• Feeling: Even though she gets wounded many times and appears not to notice Talon is able to pick up the slights touch. If a tracking device was planted on her she'd be able to know due to the amount of weight added to her. Along when touching a surface she would be able to tell what it is made of and what could possibly be on the other side.
  
• Taste: It is not really know how good her taste buds are since she has not really been seen eating much beside raw meat. It is thought that her taste buds are evolved so she can not really taste anything except blood. so when ever she eats anything it tastes like blood to her. But not as good as if she was eating real flesh and drinking raw meat. Because deep with in Talon lusts for blood it is trusly the only thing that fills her.
  

• Wilderness/ Awareness

Talon is able to adjust very quickly to her environment and the wild life that surrounds it. When in a situation that need her to be more animal like she would become exactly that. Taking most of her actions and abilities from the wolfs. But she can not transform into an animal. She remains in her human form but would b a little bit more animal like. 
 
 Her personality would change so that she would become more aware of her surroundings and less aware of who she really is. If in this mental state for an extensive period of time there is a slight assumption that she would not be able to conform back to her normal personality and remain animal like. But do not confuse this with her feral side. 

• Alternate Personality

During The Core Talon adopted another personality now as X23. X23 is the darker side of Talon. She is relentless, merciless and is full of anger toward every one. It is suspected when they attempted to remove all possible things that could resonate emotion from her mind that something went wrong ergo X-23 was created. There is a battle inside of Talon. And though it may not been seen by many she fights desperately to keep the beast inside.
 
 X23 became part of Talon due to her traumatized and all the killing that she did as a child. But make no mistake X23 is a real being a real person that lives inside of Talon. X23 only became know to her when Talon had to merge with the Dar Phoenix in order to save Jean Grey. X23 has no moral center and will kill any one even some one that Talon may care about for no reason. Because X23 has no limits she is much stronger than Talon in many ways. 
 
She if faster and much more feral than Talon ever is. Most people that Talon has come to know she has never discussed this with for the only reason that she is ashamed. Talon appearance partly changes when this occurs her eyes change to bright yellow and her nails sharpen. Talon is completely aware of what X23 does but she is unable to do any thing about it. X23 can take control when ever Talon is under a lot of stress or is enraged. But some times Talon would need X23’s rage and strength to take care of a situation. 

 

Learned Skills

 

• Tahtib
  

 

Ancient Egyptians performed stick fencing  as a form of entertainment  This type of fencing was probably based on actual fighting systems used in combat with a shield and a sword  which then evolved into a system with its own rules and methods. Though this way of battling an opponent gives the fighter an option of killing., Unlike swords and knives you have no choice but to kill. But with Tahtib there is always the option of incapacitating your rival with out the danger of killing them.  
 
Talon does not unusually use this form of fighting because she doe not need to. She used this knowledge as mostly training in hopes to gain better agility and hand eye coordination which this form of fighting grants her greatly. In many cases instead of using a stick Talon would fid herself in a situation where she had not many options in weaponry. In one case she is able to use the hilt of a gun and maneuver it like it was an actually stick.
 
 The Tahtib sill grants her the ability to always improvise in any situation. There are also many other ways to battle using an ordinary weapon such as a metallic rod as well. She is able to vault herself along with giving her extra momentum while either running or in battle. She was taught this style of fighting my an old friend that she made while she was in Africa. He tighter her the ways to fight and how to fight. She has the skill almost mastered now just needs a reason to use it.
 
 

• The 18 Skills of Ninjutsu

  
  

 

1.  Kenjutsu ( 剣術  ),

 Meaning "the art of the sword"  , is a term for classical Japanese sword arts, in particular those which predate the Meiji . Restoration. It is sometimes used more generally to describe any martial art which makes use of the Japanese sword.

The exact activities undertaken when practicing kenjutsu vary. Talon due to growing up in a concealed environment and having numerous teachers there for she learned many ways of using it. But  she commonly include practice of basic technique {Kikon } without opponent. There where times when the CORE would air her with another opponent also

harnessing Kata. It varies from using solid wooden bokuto to use of bamboo sword (shinai ) and armor .

One of the more common training weapons is the wooden sword. For Talon;s training she was equipped with a specialized sword that would enable to her move it with speed and agility. It was specifically designed for her hands and only she can fully wield it. For example, bokuto used within " Yagyū Shinkage-ryū" are relatively thin and without a hand guard in order to match to her combat skill. Though she is equipped with the option of either having a hand guard or not having one.

Kenjutsu is the samurai's sword art. It requires the use of blades (especially Japanese blades such as the katana, wakizashi, and no-daichi). Kenjutsu involves powerful, high commitment strikes to selected targets in order to kill the opponent. She was trained to kill in this technique and when fighting in this style can not really stop herself from killing some one who is a threat to her.

The have been many alterations in her training that would enable her to adapt this combat with another and merge the two. Though she would often use this method of training in a situation where either her opponent has knowledge in the same method or she is unable to relay on her present weapon.
