Picture 28 days later and night of the living dead happening at the same time then add sodomy this is the recipe for Crossed and in some sick demented way it works. It is brilliantly written and well drawn Ennis and Burrows make a great team. 
        A few weeks after the issue 0 things have gone from bad to worse the crossed have taken over anchary consumes what left of America and asuming the world. A few rag tag surivors are left and already are feeling beaten and rundown. They are hiding out in a cave sharing stories when one guy says he found the way to beat this crossed. Salt that they can be destroyed with salt, no one agrees with him and arguing ensues. While at night sleeping a group of crossed are seen heading towards them under the cover of night they head out. But the man's(salt guy)  slips and twists her ankle. No longer able to carry on she begs him to kill her and take their daughter so they don't fall in the hand of the crossed. He ignores her wishes thinking his idea of salt we'll protect them from the crossed. He is terribly wrong and he and is family meet a terrible fate to brutal to describe.

in my opinion out of all the dark reign tie ins this is the best it has been exciting and constiently good from the start it allows the story to unfold while giving you some great action scenes  getting to see spidey be a badass is awesome to see him take on the avengers is even better to see harry throw on the iron man suit to help spidey i cant wait for the next issue

i agree with everybody what a waste of good characters and a halfway decent plot the outline of the story was great x-force has to help cable take  down bishop to ensure the girls safety and they 38 hrs to do it cool then stryfe and deadpool come along cool apoycalse awessome all for nothing to happen nothing is really explained and you are left more confused than when you started

so tension is still building between the hand and the kinpin of crime and you see that the kingpin has not changed Still carrying anger towards daredevil dakota gets in some trouble with the owl while snooping around  meanwhile our hero is still whining about how his life sucks and somehow foggy ends up as a top priorty for lady bullseye 

this is one great reader the plot thickens as we learn more and more about agent graves and the minutemen along with one of the best noir stories i read in along time azzarello is in top notch form from beginning to end you will end this plus you finally see how dangerous lono really is (no spoilers)
