This Starman is considered the 'lost' starman since he was originally only seen for two weeks before disappearing off the face of the planet. The early nineties is his original time period but an early adventure ended badly and his atoms were torn apart and slingshoted across the cosmos. He has seen everything any human could ever want to see.He has defended countless worlds and has died in the attempt several times. but thankfully other worlds have greater health care options than we could imagine. His Cosmic Staff ( he doesn't call it a "rod") has been heavily modified and enhanced with alien and futuristic technologies and has several engravings on with various mystical properties. In the course of his adventures he has become effectively immortal if not actually so. He has been a hero for the majority of his career but occasionally he has done things that in retrospect he wasn't proud of.  Perhaps most notably when he over threw the imperialist government of a small planet by the name of Asdredh,only to stay and "keep the peace" only to wind up conquering the planet through less than kind means and enforcing a dictatoral rule over the planet and it's seven neighbors for roughly 23 years ,11months , 4 days and (roughly) 17 hours before destroying the entire solar system in a blind rage and throwing the gravitational pole of it's neighbors off balance leading to their eventual slow deaths. He has also lived through many of Earth's most notable periods. He attended the March on Washington , Attended Woodstock, and a performance At the Grand Guignol theatre,barely survived a dinner with Grigori Rasputin and the Russian Czar's family , was present at the signing of the Declaration of Independece,was present at the storming of Normandy beach  He has also made enemies on infinite worlds and eras such as Edward Kelley, Heinreich Himmler, Vlad(the impaler) Tepes, Darkseid, Benjamin Franklin of Earth-4, and the entire population of Earth-51 circa the year of 3045. He transverses the universe on permanent vacation feeling that he has done enough good and evil for several lifetimes and just wanting to explore.
