We all know about our current Batman issues-Last Rites, Batman Reborn, etc. But the first Batman comic ever-Batman #1- will always be the best. Featuring Batman, Robin, Catwoman, Joker, and Hugo Strange, Batman #1 is almost worth as much as Superman #1, and much better. One of the most featured comic books in the world, Batman will always be most peoples' number 1.

As Red Robin is fighting some of Ra's al Ghul's henchmen, Tim Drake is walking to Batman's grave. He says he doesn't know how or why, but he knows Batman is alive.  Then he starts praying and saying he is alone. Wonder Girl is Next to him and says that he's not alone. Tim explains that he knows that Batman can't possibly be dead. Red Robin finally wins and gets out while Wonder tries to talk some since into him. But his minds made up.

As much as I think Hawkeye is drawn good, he wasn't this time. It's just him saving C. America's life. Cap on the other hand was great! As he was abord a helicopter he found someone with a RED face and fought him. Then the dude actually whispered who he was and pushed Captain America out of a plane. Hawkeye then dived down WITHOUT a parashute and saved him by opening Cap's parashute! Hawkeye: "What did he say?" Cap: "He said he's my son."

I really don't get why Bat-girl is still alive after getting frozen, but then again it's a comic book right? I really think they showed Mr. Freeze's motives to how much he loves his wife, Nora. In this issue, Nora is really Clayface and Bat-girl gets frozen (as I said before). I still kinda miss Robin though because of his support towards Batman. Next issue he got back though so I think I'm satisfied. If I had to present this to an audience, I think it would get almost an impeccable review. I give this one a thumbs up. I like.
