When I first heard that M. Night Smayiamilan was directing this movie. I immediatley knew that it would be screwed with to the point that I would not want to see it. I am a HUGE fan of the show, and love that they are making a feature lenght film that, besides better judjement on my part, is in live action but, whatever...

First off, many of the characters of this movie such as Zuku are missing key elements, such as the cut ponytail, an all to crucial eye burn scar. And no racial or ethnic hating here, but Dev Pattel is indian, or Shrilanken, or whatever... but the point is everyone was expecting to se an asian guy.

Next, in the peak trailor Aangs arrow is not blue or even tattoed fully. It has been added with an artsy view point, wich would have been fine if it were not fore that the arrow was established already.

All in all, I will go see this movie, but will be dissapointed all the way through

Yes, I know many of you hated this movie for many facts. And yes I am inclined to agree, but, my super biasednessed for the X-Men movies trumps you all.

I knew from the theatrical trailer that I would no doubt buy the movie, and cherish it forever, and ever and ever and ever. But lets get to some of the movie.

One: Many of the main character that are loved, like Cyclops (even though I hate him) Rogue, and Professor X die, or loose thier powers. It stands to reason though for Rogue since she could not possibly have super strength because Ms Marvel does not exsit within this arc. But the others are completley fine, since Prof, didn't really die, much less transfer his conciesness into his mummumdria Cassandra Nova, who seemingly had a sex change.

I really loved how Storm was given a larger wrole, even though it still did not fully fit her character. I would have loved to see her, take on the lesser Phoenix Jean, instead of Wolverine, which would have been a great twist.

Anyways, I bet you didn't know that Anole, and the Steppford Cukoos made small cameo's within the movie.

Anole- when in the chirch and the guy is speaking, when they cut ot a clip of the green guy on the wall, yup that is him

S.C's- they are walking down the hall, and you might miss them if you dont' watch closely. When Storm and Prof X, are conversing, right after the guy with the mental power to control paper airplains...Just look, and you shall find...

Overall, I loved this movie, (watched it seven times in three days   : D)

When I bought this movie, used (14.99) at F.Y.E... I knew that I was getting a bargian. Going in to watching this, I had little to no knowledge of Doctor Strange. Only what I knew from playing Ultimate Alliance. So I was pretty surprised at the beginning when it is shown that Steven Strange was kind of a butt whole...Anyways. The movie was good, watchable, but much was left to be desired.

First of all, the magic displayed in the movie was ample. There was no shortage of spells and incantations, and bright magically colors. So that is definatley a plus. The action, and story line are pretty much forseeable, in that you know exactly what is going to happen.

What I didn't like about this movie was that, only three of the magicians lived. Yes I know it is called Doctor Strange, but come on, killing of multitudes of other characters was, and is never a good way to leave a movie. And, at the end, you might get a little confused as to the fact that he is looking for a protige, when he himself has not fully mastered the mystical arts.

All in all, this movie was pretty good. Predictable, but good.
