Alexander Jaeger was born in the year 1980 which makes him 28 years of age. Alex comes from manchester England and was born into a family of well off people, his family were composed of doctors, lawyers and military officers. This however was all a lie a disguise to hide the truth of what they really were. Alex was born into the world of underground science and assassination. His family and others had there main home and lived there life underground laying beneath a church that like many things was controlled by this group. The science that they practiced was frowned upon by many in the fields of science and was considered highly illegal and dangerous. The group was also composed of some of the greatest assassins the world had ever known. The assassins focused on taking out any potential threat to the group and having there hands in just about everything no target was to hard to reach. Alex from birth was different from most as he was considered a medical marvel, born with both photographic memory and reflexes he was chose from a young age to be the heir to the assassin part of the organization.
Alex even when he was so young was able to take down every single little detail, he was surrounded by people who every day would train there bodies to be living weapons and living around these people he was able to watch how there bodies moved and his brain was able to store this information and send to his body to used for future use. His family would show Alex adavanced books and videoes in martial arts, weapons training, assassination techmnques, espionage, advanced science and many more things all this done in order to get himself devoloped from a young age. He was raised and molded into the ultimate warrior raised to possess skills in all areas of both body and mind. Alex by the age of five was considered an amazing fighter and was highly intelligent. At such a young age he showed great skills in controlling people ad manipulating them to his will. 

When he was 12 Alex was so good he had quickly rissen to second in command of the assassins. Many people respected the young boy yet feared him at the same time. Only a few in the group were able to match his skills in combat and amazing mind. Alex grew up mainly in the underground world all his training and schooling came from there so he grew up with adults and had no friends of his own age which meant he devoloped and matured at a much quicker rate than others. Alex grew up loving competition and he wanted to be the best. Alex by the age of fifteen had become the top assassin in the group and was even considered a potential future leader. He had killed many people and had quickly become use to death and even took pleasure in taking the lives of others. Yet nearing his 16th birthday Alex would devolop a rare disease that could not be cured no matter how much any one tried and he didnt have long to live. 

Alex managed to survive the disease for over two years something which was considered a miracle considering the disease he had and how it affected his body. Alex had wasted away into near nothingness, he did not look the same and was close to death but then one day the scientists who worked for the organization had found a rare form of nano machine that if devoloped right would be able to save Alex and restore him back to full health and make him stronger than before. The scientists worked incredibly hard over a period of two months Alex had lost alot of his body and mind but still somehow survived for such a long period of time. Finally the scientists perfected the nanos but in order for them to take effect without killing Alex he would have to be put in cryogenic liquid over a period of three years and allow the nanos to restore him.

Alex Being Restored

Alex would stay in a state of sleep for three years but over those years his brain was not competly shut down and so the scientists implanted messages into his brain of various combat techniques and other things that would turn him into the ultimate soldier. The process was slow but as the days passed by it was easy to see that he was getting more powerful than before. Alex was also grafted one more thing to his body, a special chip was implanted into his spinal cord that inside was a special cybernetic suit than when he calls upon it this suit will take over his entire body reacting with the nanos to make a ultimate defense and increase him physically. Three years passed by and then one day Alex eyes opened but something was not right, his eyes were red and his heart rate was through the roof he was going crazy, the nanos had made him the perfect soldier but his mind found it hard to comprehend these new enhancements. Alex would then rip out all the wires from his body and break the glass. Everyone tried to subdue him but to no avail and they couldnt deal with his new found skill as his suit activated and he slaughtered everyone. 

The Slaughter

After he killed all the scientists and assassins Alex would destroy the underground organaization and the church the stood proudly above it. Amidst his destruction Alex would find a secret room that was located underneat the grave yard in the church grounds. It was a place that was likely built thousands of years ago and was a secret area that no one in the organization knew about and if they did they never talked about it. Alex would find many old books in this room all to do with ancient and modern alchemy, over a period of one year all he did was read this books and journals made by many people through out the ages. Alex due to his high intelligence and complex memory he was able to take this information in at a much quiker rate and understand it. Eventually he would become an amazing alchemist. Alex wold then find out that over the years there had been various alchemists who used tattoos that granted them various alchemic powers. Alex would research these tattoos and after alo of research would graft many tattoos to his body that all connected the greatest of these was the one on his ar which he named the reaper due to it being the arm that would bring death to many. 

The reaper

Alex woulf realise he was more machine than man so he came to call himself Saiba which was japanese, the english meaning was Cyber. Saiba after perfecting his tattoos and his powers and perfecting his body into a livng weapon he would leave the underground and go back to the world above. Saiba upon seeing everything would come to hate the world nothing looked the same he was treated as an outcast by everyone who came across him. Alone in the world all he did was travel the world and along the way he would find the world he had been hidden from was full of heroes and villains, those who thought what is right and wrong fighting for there own beliefs. Saiba would come to see himself as more of a villain than a hero, he hated heroes for hiding who they truly are and taking credit for everything he hated them all because thy were getting recognition they didnt deserve as he felt there were people out there who were never called hero and should have been. Saiba would then think that the world would be better without heroes because there would be nobody to fight the villains who would bring order to the world. So for the next three years Saiba would kill any superhero he came across, most were low level and were no match for his skill and alchemic powers. Along the way he would gain many new skills and become smarter and better day by day he was dubbed The Hero Killer.
