Origin

Brian James Scott Mellijor Banado is a hip-hop dance in the Philippines. When they are about to perform in Boracay for an intermission number, a gigantic water monster attacked causing panic to everyone. Brian found himself alone watching the monster messing up with everything in the beach. Brian became traumatized and accidentally, his mutant powers manifested and he summoned a large percent of the total sand of the bech and created a gigantic sandstorm and transformed it into a gigantic monster. Brian lost control of himself and his eyes turned white. He then defeated the monster but he can'y control the superiority of his powers causing so much catastrophe. His telepathy then manifested for the first time and accidentally read the thoughts of the people and he found out that everyone are so scared about his uncontrollable powers. For a while, he became insane reading uncountable thoughts withut his will. Then he screamed out loud and the sand calmed again. He was so weakened and wounded after. He was then sent to a training school wherein he met the other powered beings. He became one of Philippine's famous defenders.

Powers

Sand Control

He can incredibly manipulate large amounts of sand unlike other powered beings with powers over sand. He can also convert his body into sand. He can even transform the sand into different  figures that enhances its durability and strength.

Telepathy

He can read thoughts even of multiple persons at the same time.

Flight

Because of his dancing abilities, he can fly in any posture that he wants. Twirling around and up to the highest level that he can reach.
