Abi lities:

Regeneration – although he could die like many vampire from certain methods, he has a unique ability that gives him the ability to regenerate at an unbelieving rate. A cut up limb would be regenerated with in seconds. The only way to kill him is severing his head.

Dogs & Carnage - He is able to summon Dogs of Carnage. Large the size of an average human, bound by sheer muscle and raw primal strength that could tear steel like paper. The constantly release poison from there breath and nostril, which could have a paralyzing effect on any enemies. 

Step - As all vampires, Fluffy is able to walk on walls. He could, unlike other vampires, can walk on water. It was an ability bestowed to him by a certain sorcerer from his past a dventures.

Bloodless Carnage - A last resort. Fluffy gives up his left arm and his spiritual partials in order for this to take effect. The effect would cause all the blood cells to become sentient from the severed arm. Trillions of reborn blood cells would dissipate into the air and invade every living creature. Once dispersed, it will cover 10 mile radius in 2 seconds. The white blood cells of trillions would adapt the invading body by changing it's own DNA. And the blood cells, which are now using the hosts own blood to heal everything over and over again. The healing process would continue, changing, adapting and healing, causing new blood cells to multiply. And the amount of blood that builds up would eventually kill his opponents from the inside out. The heart would shutdown from too much blood being pumped into it and veins and arteries will burst because of the continues regenerative blood being developed. This virus, once contacted could enter through the skin, nose, eyes, ears, anal, groin.

Energy R e-Direct - For every force his opponents, stronger or weaker attacks him with, he is able to absorb half of the energy and use that energy absorbed to redirect it back at the attacking energy to deflect it away. Whether they are elem ental, physical, cosmic etc etc

Sticky Tags - Small pebbles when thrown or stuck to something, could create an immense explosion the size of a small building.

Black - A special type of weapon, long range and powerful. A weapon that forms a singular point and develops a minuscule black hole for a very short time. This is done by ultra compressing space with ultra powerful psychokinesis. Ordinarily it would release the energy in supernova explosion, however thanks to the magic no problem such as that occurred. It travels at several speeds of faster then light, eradicating everything in sight.
