If you have to ask then you're not ready.

Question:

What in the blue hell, would Hulk do to defeat Eternity/Infinity, Galactus, Living Tribunal, or Spectre?? Or said another way, how would he defeat beings who could cause him to cease to exist just by thinking about it?

Answer:

Thinking the Hulk out of existence would obviously only enrage him to a point he has never been before. He would get so pissed that he would pummel himself back into existence, then proceed to get more and more angry so that he will grow as large as any such opponent. How could he possible grow bigger than an entity such as any of the previously mentioned (some of which size is not even a real aspect of their being), you ask? Simple: Hulk will continue punching himself into existence every time they destroy him, and then punch himself in the face (and balls, naturally) to make himself angry enough to expand to the point where he, quite literally, becomes reality as we know it. At that point it is a simple matter of punching any such omnipotent opponent until they admit that they don't exist creating a paradox and imploding all reality. Then, since there is nothing left, Hulk can punch himself back into existence (in both the face and balls again, of course) which would create a big bang fashioning the universe in his own image. You thought Planet Hulk was a good read? Try Reality: Hulk. Hulk punches his own balls and face until he quite literally becomes Eternity, Infinity, the Living Tribunal, God, and most importantly Gnort.

Issue 3 has now been posted on the new Super-Vinetastico! guide page:

The saga of our heroes continues!

I am proud to introduce to the world:

super-Vinetastico! is (as far as I know) the Vine's first webcomic.  This is not my first venture into the awesome world of stick-figure drawings, but certainly to rank high among my most lame attempts at humor on the vine.

  • Do not expect super-Vinetastico! to be regularly appearing.  I may or may not post an issue when boredom/inspiration hits.
  • Do not expect super-Vinetastico! to be entertaining, because it probably won't be.
  • Do expect super-Vinetastico! to be only somewhat intelligible.

super-Vinetastico! was first inspired by the (at the time of this writing) still ongoing vine battle drawing contest.  Well, I got a huge kick out of laughing at my own jokes so I decided to do another.  Perhaps another yet will follow eventually.  Please comment to let me know what you think.  If you find these funny I may do more.  If you are disgusted and only want those precious few moments of your life back I may do more.

Without further bloviating, here are the less-than-anticipated first two issues of super-Vinetastico!

Issue 1: men with underwear on the outside duel

Issue 2: guys dressed as secret agents lie about virtually everything

I've been meaning to make another post for a couple of days now.  It's been about a month since I've done much more than troll the forums a bit.  As some of you know, I am a graduate student.  I have recently received word that I have passed my depth exam in artificial intelligence.  What does this mean besides over a month of intense studying?  Basically, I have demonstrated that I am knowledgeable enough in my field to continue doing research.  This was a fairly substantial hurdle for me, so I'm celebrating just a bit.  Hopefully now I'll be able to resume my life as it was before, including spending some time on the vine submitting and doing mod stuff.

At least in spirit.  I'm undergoing some serious work in school right now which will require my full and undivided attention.  No cause for alarm or anything.  This has been expected and planned for, I just know that it will not be pretty.  Having said that I will probably pop up on the forums from time to time because I will need some small amount of time away from the intensity to retain my fleeting sanity.  My goal is to avoid all unnecessary stressors in all forms until my life has become uncomplicated once again.

I'd really like Maggot back.  I liked him a lot.  I'd also like to see Fantomex get his own series.

Kind of leaves something to be desired as far as I'm concerned. Don't get me wrong the artwork was great, and I'm not saying that the writing is intrinsically terrible, however it is only a re-telling (and not a particularly imaginative one) of a story we all know by heart by now. If nothing else is really going to be added is it really necessary to write this story again? I don't really see the point.

What I found particularly disturbing is that the classic and particularly poignant line originally penned by Stan Lee: "With great power comes great responsibility" was seemingly dumbed down into the more watered down: "If you have power, then you have responsibility."

Everything considered I would say that Mythos: Spider-Man is kind of a waste of time unless you happen to have never heard of Spider-Man before.

I was a bit disturbed at the thought of bringing Beast back. I was surprised that while the explanation for his return was rather simple, I found it to be quite convincing and effective. Other than that the issue tended to be a bit choppy. Very little time was spent on any one character or group, but it remained readable despite this. I was especially pleased with the prison scene. Having Mystique in Magneto's Place is a logical and expected move on Magneto's part. Having Mastermind there is just awesome since he can do absolutely anything he wants without worrying about staying in character.

Worth the read if you like ultimate X-Men.
