Nerx, a weapon of war. Engineered to be the perfect soldier, he rebelled. For the experimenters, controlling Nerx turned out to be like controlling lightning. Impossible for a human. He killed them all, his mind collapsing in on itself. There is a reason to the madness, but she is unreachable, so very far away...Nerx will tear through countless worlds to get her back, leaving only debris in his wake.

Niles, yet another candidate of a clandestine trans human super soldier program. Unknown to his own fate as the mass murder machine for extermination campaigns. The reconstruction took a heavy toll on his body and sanity , slowly he begins to mentally deteriorate as impulses began taking over his logic. The man known as Niles Sterling was no more he is now 'Nerx' and only Nerx as his old name would trigger a feedback that sends wracking pain through his nerves. As soon as they did the installations they sent him to a distant battlefield to adjust his strengths , alternate earths were the testing grounds for his capacity. Within weeks countless lives are ended starting from tens to hundreds then hundreds to thousands, his speed made him invincible against his adversaries. Unlike other speedsters the program installed within him memories of various combat specialists including those of ninjutsu and various martial arts, his frame gives him the 'edge' and serves as a backup in case of a nullification. He began scavenging for survivors throughout the barren worlds that he was sent to extinguish, his programming posted specifics on killing super humans deem overpowered. Several build in protocols which gives him an unfair attribute compared to his opponents as they decided a speedster with a blade is more controllable than a lightning bruiser. Faster than the thinking process of a reality warper, bionic parts to effectively combat a nullifier, and a deadly set of skills to overwhelm a human fortress. His programming collapsed along with whatever was left of his personality, his mind is now scrambled.... he killed them...

Being an assassin does have its side-effects, Niles is desensitized to killing and doing harm to others due to his lifestyle. His experience and enthusiasm in extortion does have detrimental effects towards his well being, especially his psyche. Good and evil are only a matter of perspective. There is no right.There is no wrong. The only thing that exists is the Task, the Process and the Results.All which must be done, no matter what the cause. Killing children is acceptable, killing women is acceptable, mutilating a bystander is acceptable, however failing is not. Sure Nerx did atrocities in the name of the game, like when he tore off a man's testicles so that he would quit his life of justice. When he killed a woman to punish her for efforts. He has his methods and like bad habits , they stay. Living in a world where almost everyone is superhuman being an assassin will be a challenge. But there are things that could prepare even novices to be professionals. Niles spent his first decade to prepare for the rest of his life. The process was harsh but in order to surpass tough adversaries you simply have to be tougher , all the way and moment by moment. The best asset against the enemy is the mind , your own fortress , your own war.The ultimate resource is studying and its deadly adversary is procrastination.

Immutability: is the resistance to all external physical change. One with this ability cannot be transformed into another form, genetically altered, shrunk, expanded, weighed down or affected by Reality Bending, either based on their physiology or on their own will. Instantaneous Battle Comprehension (a specific form of intuitive aptitude/innate ability)
Jump Good: He can easily jump hundreds of feet in the air.
Ki Channeling : abilities include increasing one's speed, power, durability, and reflexes [run on water, walk on walls and ceilings]
Detection Field : which he can extend up to 4 meters (about 13 feet 1 inch).He can instantaneously attack any opponent that enters his detection radius, even if he is not able to see them.
Enhanced senses: Sees genetic information, Molecular structure, bone muscle, cranial structures etc., x-rays and various other wave lengths basically a walking talking CAT scan.
Tactical Senses: His senses allow him to detect any modifications or powers in anyone he looks at, as well as how they work, so he can defeat them. He can detect what special abilities a opponent has, he can see the enhancements. He can detect the increased electrical activity in an opponents brain.
Enhanced Hearing: able to directionally tune into where exactly wants to hear.
Barrier Break: the ability to break the barrier of his opponent, leaving them open for attack.
Perfect balance : possessed the ability to achieve a state of perfect equilibrium in any position imaginable. He seemed able to adjust his position by instinct, which enabled him to balance himself on virtually any object, no matter how small or narrow.
Bullet timer : fast enough to react to/dodge bullets.at least his reaction time is above the speed of sound.
Aim-dodging : the technique of avoiding linear attacks by positioning yourself away from the path of the attack before it is fired. This can allow someone to avoid attacks that travel much faster than they do. This only works on predictable attacks that travel in a straight path, such as bullets, lasers, etc.
Combat Experience : his long history of combat experience enables him to anticipate and counter his opponents while taking into account the surroundings and all possibilities , such as being able to "see neural pulse flow", nullifying any speed advantage an opponent may have over him. This is further enhanced by an acquired capability to ascertain the presence and trajectory of everything in his immediate environment during a fight, from the presence of his enemies, bullet trajectories, and minute details such as micro expressions, etc.
Light Ninja: He can blend in with the light, making himself nearly invisible during sunset and at dawn as well, and fight with ninja techniques and stealth.

Psychic Immunity : As he is a cybernetic entity, Nerx's mind simply cannot be affected to an optimal degree by telepaths. It doesn't matter how powerful you are, his brain waves and mental functions simply do not allow it.
Backup : has four backup hearts keeping a total of five at any time in case the first stops beating. He can even stop and restart his heart at any given moment. Set on Dextrocardia [right sternum]
Painkiller : Able to turn his pain receptors on and off in event of torture.
Slow time: This is an ability that causes Nerx to accelerate in speed to a point where everything else appears to be standing still, and even managed to accurately intercept and target a fast - moving opponents and Nerx appeared to be teleporting due to his speed, so it is incredibly fast.
Chronometron: allows him to act outside of time, advancing at a normal rate as his opponents move more slowly. It gives him an almost ghostly image when it is activated.
Temporal duplicates: Summons copies of itself from other points in time, each is as capable as the original and capable of summoning copies as well. Potentially infinite copies can be summoned this way. Even if its body is destroyed it can still return using this technique
Disruption Field: The edges of those using their Disruption Field glow with an unearthly energy that warps the skin and armor of any foe it comes into contact with. Even the most heavily armored vehicles can be put down by Nerx with this activated as it warp reality around his blade.
Optic Delay : ability disrupt a subject’s optic temporarily and “rewind” the subject’s vision so he will see a few moments in the past. When used, it can prevent the subject from seeing things until up to a few second after it has happened, and so people can easily evade the subjects’ vision for a few seconds. This ability can affect more than one person at a time and lasts as long as the possessor of the ability wishes.
Subliminal Disruption ( motor systems and powers)
Stealth Fields : Niles was capable of generating fields about his body that in essence turned him into a chameleon, capable of fooling sensors, radar, and the eye as his body visually melded with his background for optimal surprise attacks.
Grappling cables: able to fire two hooked grappling cables from beneath both of his hands which he used to snag onto his opponents.
Stasis Field : Similar to telekinesis, Spartan could generate and create powerful stasis fields which mainly were used to temporarily freeze and immobilize opponents, setting them up for another teammate to attack. The stasis fields were not that powerful, however, their gripping strength of no more then 2 tons. Enough to freeze anormal human or S.P.B. without super strength, but sufficient force could break free.
Strobe Blasts : Although they were not meant to do physical damage, as his other attacks, Niles could adjust his internal energies and emit powerful and directed bursts of pure light. Meant mainly to disorientate, temporarily blind, and throw off balance their targets. These strobe blasts occurred as a multi-colored directed assault of pure light.
Teleportation : ability to travel from one point in space to another without physically crossing the intervening distance. [ Visual range & acquisition ]
Shape shifting : [Disguise] Nerx can change the color of their skin, the clothes they are wearing, their facial features, and other superficial attributes, but cannot significantly alter the size and shape of their body.
Battle precognition : allows Nerx to see things accurately in the immediate future, allowing you to predict where and how your opponent will attack and defend and use that information to gain an advantage
Technopathy : interface with and control technology, usually computer systems [Low Level]
Mental Control Over Body: He can control his body's growth, and adrenaline bursts enabling him to grow or solidify his hair at will and enter a "White Run" mode to where he is capable of ignoring any distractions while moving at his fastest doing whatever means necessary to accomplish his goals.
Unique Immortality : the power to live a long time, cannot die from natural causes, old age, illnesses etc, but can be killed by unnatural causes. Essentially bodily harm cannot kill him but his original form can be mutilated. capable of fully regenerating lost limbs, decapitation and major injuries but [he can regenerate from any wound] with the condition that the head must be intact can place himself in a trance-like state to recover from injuries. In this state he has been known to forcibly expel bullets and recover faster while placed in water.
Self-Sustenance: He can survive in anaerobic environments indefinitely ( in space, to the moon and into deep space), by the simple method of not breathing, as his body is entirely sustained by his own energy. He also does not require food or drink, though he apparently enjoys both.
Stamina, Bio-electric and Psionic Vampirism ( for alternative sustenance and strength augmentation)
Nerx has no need to use the bathroom.
Maximum Jump: Allows a great vertical that propels the user into space.

Shadow pinning: Throws his knife to the ground, preventing movement by pinning the shadow of his enemy
Shadow arrows. Placing his sword within the Earth, Sterling is able to use his blade to track anyone, as long as he has basic knowledge of who he's tracking Bamboo Grass Summer Rain: A sword technique that transmits attacks through the air.
Silken Sword : Niles’s aura is described to feel like “air”. He barely emits any presence and he is practically invisible when fighting. When he unleashes this, he no longer has any form of aura at all. No energy can be sensed coming from him. He can not be detected by electromagnetic fields. His heart, no spirit no longer exists. It's as if he doesn't even exist.
Dimension Slash: Nerx unsheathes his sword and cuts through the very fabric of space. Distance is nothing in the face of this attack, whatever Niles sees is cut (for example if he attempted to cut a full moon he could very well do so, as what he sees is the whole) This attack bypasses any type of shield the opponent is using, so that Kensuke can send his attacks directly to his opponent. [ultimate attack]
Shining Wave: He swings his sword to send a wave of light energy along the ground that can strike opponents in the air as well.
Judgment cut: cut through opponents from a distance
Sword of Ruin: Creates a ring of energy around himself which causes a large explosion.
Celestial Flash: strikes at light speed, releasing a large blast of sharp light destroying everything in its path at short and middle range.

H2H moves

Boomerang: User grabs opponents neck via legs and spins rapidly to twist the opponents neck and or deliver a flurry of kicks. It's actual hard to tell because the spinning is quite fast. Light Saber: Manipulating his Ki Nerx infuses his hands with light and is now able to block energy beams as if they were material weapons and throw them back at his opponent. Dragon Kick: his signature flying kick. This technique was powerful enough to kill a Tyrannosaurus Rex when he was still human. Red Rain of Pain :Nerx releases a handblade at high speed and slices his opponent's body( chop-like attack capable of cutting right through a super human's body). It works on the principle of "cutting the flesh to cut the meat, cutting the meat to cut the bone, cutting the bone to cut the core". His version causes a blade to protrude from his hand before slashing, and his hand/arm is usually engulfed in flames before he delivers the attack.The "Red Rain" in it's name comes from the fact that when his slices his opponent, blood spews out. Shogun Claw : Claws protrude from Nerx's fingertips and he applies a standard Iron Claw. He then lifts his opponent over his head and slams them to the ground. Mach Pulverizor : Nerx makes a spinning jump towards his opponent and drills into them with his fingers. Thundersnap: By snapping his fingers, he creates a large sonic boom that can injure or incapacitate people and damage the surroundings in a large area. Infinite Mass Punch: By accelerating to near light speed, he allows the effects of relativity to increase the mass of his body, thus allowing him to hit with an incredibly powerful punch (said to be as powerful as the mass of a white dwarf star) Stealth Assassination (Niles takes his hidden blade and impales a victim either in the neck or the head causing a swift death) Flying Shard : Niles fires a spark by scraping his hidden blades to his opponent

This is a feature that i implement for the Sawtooth character. I took inspiration from Deadpool and the ingenious idea to break the fourth wall. Hotseating is basically where a character is interviewed with questions and that character has to answer in maximum detail . so we can discover more about the character and gain an understanding, for example their perspectives and behavior.

A monologue is an extended uninterrupted speech by a character in a drama. The character may be speaking his or her thoughts aloud, directly addressing another character, or speaking to the audience, especially the former.

This like Deadpool's breaking of the 4th wall is a character feature and NOT a super power, thus cannot be negated.

Life as he knows it

Anything to get the job done.

Sawtooth is new in the business of leg breaking, a rookie out of the blue with no apparent origin. Who is Sawtooth? What are his plans? well Sawtooth is actually a person who migrated here from an alternate universe, one where everybody had a superpower. Universe 546, where the term superhuman or post human never existed and people just got accustomed into calling others human or people. Usually people of that native Universe opted for career choices such as heroes or villains, however Sawtooth or 'Keith' preferred Extortion to be his occupation. One which he is extremely good at... this though mad him distasteful in both hero and villain communities due to his ever-shifting alignments, his clients too are afraid of him for using extreme measures too often to keep the task secure. Even some villains found some of his actions inhumane and vile, however Keith is perfectly fine as news can generate a reputation and a reputation can bring more errands from better clients.Sawtooth is the name the press gave him for his trademark by biting off the ear of those who failed to comply.

Universe 546

Nothing out of the ordinary.

Keith in his native universe is like everybody else, plain, dull and average. Average however is a completely different concept compared to Terrans or Earthlings. In the 546 everyone had superpowers or a superpower which made everybody unique in their own way, whether you can fly or move objects with your mind. It doesn't really matter because everyone gets along. A Utopia for all, Keith being the singular exception simply bored . Occupations were always similar except with two additions hero and villain, always good or bad... it is equivalent to living in a child's fantasy world. Keith strongly wanted to be different, neutral so he decided to alternate from his fellow people and he nested with the idea of a debt collector. Neither the strongest or brightest in his Universe, however he makes up for it with his sheer determination plus an iron fist.

also called Coordination Suppression or Clumsiness Inducing is the ability to psychically reduce the instrumental memory of subjects. One with this ability could decrease the amount of a subject’s skill in an area. This ability could decrease or delete memory of how to drive a car or how to hack the internet, and the like (even perhaps knowledge of how to use and control superhuman abilities). As the ability gets more and more advanced, it could even be used to delete rudimentary skills, like walking and speaking, making foes extremely clumsy.

Sub-Atomic reconstruction (along with possible advantages e.g. teleportation , phasing & etc...)

The ability to reconstruct one's body after it has been destroyed.Later he mastered this aspect and can do it subconsciously

Immutability (Reality Warp Immunity)

Immutability or Immutable Pattern is the resistance to all external physical change. One with this ability cannot be transformed into another form, genetically altered, shrunk, expanded, weighed down or affected by decrescence (removed from existence) or Reality Bending, either based on their physiology or on their own will. Like a gun or a condom, the Garrote is an essential tool to carry out an extortion as it is fully portable and easy to make. Keith loved it and made his first Garotte out of his shoe lace, first victim being the bully back at the 546 who can read the future except his future was bleak. A friend in need and a friend in deed. Pesky family members? solved, Wife won't shut up when her husband is beaten? solved, that guy giving you the look? solved.

My Theory about The Killer's power (Wanted)

In Wanted ( the comic) Wesley has stated to have the power to kill and end life , but this description is simply too vague and broad... so i decided to do some comparisons and i may have found out his powers (besides his unerring aim)

okay for those of you who watched Heroes will surely know about Sylar's Intuitive Aptitude ability ( to find out how things work simply bu observation) or in MCU Forge & Razorback (there they call it innate capability) which allows them to do things naturally that takes learning and practice for non-powered people (e.g. inventions and driving skills)

Wesley Gibson A.K.A. The Killer may have a variation of this which i would (IMO) call a Murder Intuition which allows him to "kill" things easily as when he finds out how To Kill Shithead with Bleach or how to murder supevillains with his inventory (maybe prep time, but this is just my speculation )
