Gambit.His character just always appealed to me.

I kind of always saw their relationship as one of those endless love situations where even when they're separated & hating each other they'll still be together one way or another. I'd be very interested to see a retrospective story in the future about their relationship over time where the big events of the marvel universe are only mentioned in order to provide context to the passage of time.

Now that I really think about it that's a hard question to answer. I guess Gambit in his more frequent forms would rank pretty low in the grand scale of things but that's because he's often undergoing 'procedures' to alter/limit his powers. It's kind of established that, should Gambit embrace his full strength, he could be absolutely Devastating/DESTRUCTIVE/Revolutionary but he's one of those characters who seems to bring pain, misfortune, ...

I LOVES me some Gambit!!! I actually just watched X-Men Origins: Wolverine tonight & despite what many people told me.... Gambit wasn't thaaaaaat bad.
