Physical medium:

Rellik is composed of ectoploasm and thus has no solid body. He has no need to eat or sleep. Because of this he must possess something to sustain life, and if he remains in his natural state for an extended period of time he will simply disappear.  
   

Teleplasty:

Rellik has the ability to possess anything inanimate, mechanical, organic, dead or alive. He has created a battle suit for himself to possess as he does not really like taking over something else as he gains that things memories if it is living or once was living.
 

Intellect:

Considering how long Rellik has lived, he has gained much knowledge in almost every form of science there is. With this he has developed his special suit which is extremely durable; being only damaged by nothing short of high calibre machine guns and explosives. Also he has developed a jetpack which enables him to fly up to speeds of 150 km/h for a full hour before having to refuel. The jetpack is also armed with an rpg like missile.

If he had brains, he would be dangerous.

This is just a blog about those heroes or villians that are terribly stupid or unsmart but actually have great talents and would be so much better if they actually had atleast bit of a brain. The number one person that comes to my mind is Rhino, the guy has been a villian for the Hulk and Spidey for years. Technically he should be able to easily squat Spidey but he just gets outsmarted all of the time.....so I believe that if Rhino had brains he could be a pretty dangerous guy.

I would have loved to wake up one morning to my activated powers, I wouldn't even know what to do I'd be so happy. Personally I'd like to be like Marrow, or control gravity...those are my favorite powers. As for an accident, that would suck and probably hurt and to be host for something would suck cause it would eventually take you over. The only other way I'd like to get pwers in through a super-soldier program like Captain America or the ppl in Weapon X even.

Capes are alright I guess, I m no fan of them. Personally I like wings better but anyways there are a lot of cool flying superheroes who don't have capes like ironman, cannonball, and all of the green lanterns. So overall, capes are ok, just need to be used on a certain character in my mind.
