I was excited until I heard it was from an anime artistic perspective. I immediately lost interest. I know it is popular in many circles, but I am to traditional. I just don't like over-stylization. And the automatic assumption that change is always good is far from accurate. Now keep in mind, I haven't seen this disc so I am not commenting about the change featured in this collection. Joe Q is definately a joke. The death of Steve Rogers was one of the worst things Marvel has pulled. It smelled of publicity stunt. From the lack of info to comic shop dealers to the sudden leak that Wednesday morning before most shops opened...Marvel saw a quick buck. Later I heard that a little publicized lawsuit may have had something to do with it. Apparently Marvel lost a key lawsuit over who really owns Steve Rogers. It hasn't got alot of press but it may play a role in Steve getting "killed" and whether or not he will return.
