I have mixed views about Emplate too. I should like him as, in concept, he's a cool villain. I don't like the way he's written, I hate his history and he just reminds me of all the St Claude family rubbish from Gen X - current Monet is the only good thing to come of that. He'd be cooler as a Season One Sylar-like villain just eating and killing mutants.  Also, ...

Legacy #229 was a pretty dull read, I felt. Not impressed with this arc in all honnesty. I hope the Necrosha tie-ins are better.
