More or less I moved to Norman to finish school @ The University of Oklahoma. I grew up in the OKC metro, north of here. Played college Baseball for three years at St. Gregory's University, in Shawnee, and studied Political Science there. Now, at OU, I will be studying Business Marketing.

I got into comics in middle school initially because of the art, now I love the writng. It's funny, I was such a big fan of the X-men (because of the cartoon [grade school]) as a kid, but I wouldn't buy an issue because I didn't like the art. Later I went back to it and still wouldn't buy it due to Joe Mad's mangaesque style of art. So I bought spider-man (clone saga) and some others, later X-force. Because of reading X-force for a few months I was exposed more and more with Joe Madureira's art in the comic shop and I fell in love with Mad's art work, because of Iceman, he became my favorite artist, and i went back and bought all is issues of X-men I had missed since he started. 1,500 comics and 15 years later Joe MADureira is still my all time favorite. I also like Jeff Matsuda, Chris Bachalo, Ale' Garza, Humberto Ramos, Paco Medina, Carlos Pacheco, Salvador Larroca, Pasqual Ferry, Ariel Olivetti, Bruce Timm, Jim Steranko, Alex Ross, & Frank Miller. Fav writers are Scott Lobdell, Chris Claremont, Jeph Loeb, Grant Morrison, Alan Moore, & Frank Miller. Townsend, amazing INKS!
