I think it would be a fight worth seeing.  I think Blob would put up a good fight, and may even beat down Colossus for a lil bit, but ultimately I don't think Blob would be able to win.

Colossus.  He has much better stamina than Blob does.  Not to mention he's much quicker.

As much as it pains me to say this Wolverine could survive.  He wouldn't be able to operate, but he would live through it.   I highly doubt Shadowcat could, regardless of her ability to phase her brain still needs oxygen.  Darwin has already been shown to be able to do this on a few occasions.  Vulcan could probably do this too.
