The Tick vs The Thing

The Tick is awesome first hand. But he can feel pain though invulnerable. It really all depends on where this battle takes place, the Tick's world gives him the all wonderful "drama power" which makes things wacky and lead to turn out in his favor either heroicly, or stupidly. In our world he'd probably be beaten or get dizzy enough to be subdued.

The One Above All has been expressed as god (before you say anything, no. I don't know shit about todd mcsucker's crappy Spawn) but I'm pretty sure this divine version must beat some sort of holy level not equal to its creator. Depends. Black Bolt is a high level inhuman, while Mr Marco is gifted with a magical body that is impenetrable from harm. He'd need alot of wit to stop the behemoth, and as powerful as his sonic scream is (which is nothing to scoff at) it'll just waste on till he cant do it anymore. From where on he gets beaten into the floor.
