The Tick is awesome first hand. But he can feel pain though invulnerable. It really all depends on where this battle takes place, the Tick's world gives him the all wonderful "drama power" which makes things wacky and lead to turn out in his favor either heroicly, or stupidly. Depends. Black Bolt is a high level inhuman, while Mr Marco is gifted with a magical body that is impenetrable from harm. He'd need alot of wit to stop the behemoth, and as powerful as his sonic scream is (which is nothing to scoff at) it'll just waste on till he cant do it anymore.
