Cyborg mercenary, V.I.L.E.-1 (Virtually Indestructible Life Exterminator) is a deadly combination of genetically engineered flesh, high-tech cybernetics, and the mind of a bar brawling psychopath metal-head. His mission: Fight for the highest bidder, kill for the highest bidder, and have fun doing it. He frequents underground super-human bars, just looking for fights that can test his skills. He secretly desires to become the most powerful being on the planet, or for that matter the universe, and seeks a chemical he overheard about the existance of when he intercepted an alien transmission called the "God formula". Vile-1's loyalty is greatly dependant not only on the finances of his employer, but whether or not he feels they can bring him closer to his goal.
He gained his first step in the right direction when he discovered a weapon called the sword of the god formula, but when he attempted to use it in battle discovered the weapon to only be able to harm those who have caused horrific pain to others. Rendering it useless against most of his enemies.
Vile-1 in his early days established a partnership with fellow mercenary Midnight Lantern, a partnership which ultimately led to his introduction to Mighty Magneto, a deadly villain who led a group the master of magnetism thought the One Man Army would be perfect for, The original Vine Villians, Egan was put through a series of tests to prove himself elite, and was not only successfull in his endeavors, but managed to imprees Mighty Magneto to the point where he was put in charge of a training team for the VV alongside his friend Midnight Lantern, known as Psycho Society, a team that had many promising students including the Vampire named Trauma, the deadly Morte Rapida, and the psychotic Jigsaw, all were put through their paces by the taskmasters of PS, Egan and ML. But as fate would have it, VV would fall on hard times, many members of the criminal team would leave for solo endeavors or other teams, and ultimately Egan found himself to be all but the last man standing in the group, and though ETV1 and a few other former VV members tried to rebuild the old VV under a new name Lords of Destruction, this proved to be a failure, and Egan chose to leave the red behind and go in a differant direction.
For a very short time the Tin-Maniac became a hero, fighting alongside Cly in the skirmish known as Operation Extermination, his victory over a possessed Mr. Happy freed that hero from the evil that consumed him, Egan's formerly hated weapon the sword of the god formula had actually proven usefull, and Egan began to feel he could become a hero, but at the same time, desired the same action he always had as a merc.
That was when ETV1 met Ruin Cross and his Bladed Angels, Egan proved to be a good fit in the group, and made a lot of friends among the team, Egan fought at the side of the Bladed Angels loyally for a time, but when Egan heard that the Vine Villians had been reborn, he had a longing to be with his original team to the point that he chose to leave Bladed Angels, opting to only be a reserve member, and return to the VV.
But Egan's return to red didnt go as he expected at all, ETV1 began to feel not just unwanted by many of his team-mates, but downright hated, Egan was miserable in a place he that used to bring him great joy, he became bitter, angry, disgruntled, and very soon quit the team for good, burning the bridge behind him.
Egan was soon approached by a former team-mate from the original VV, the man called Gambler, who made ETV1 an offer the cyborg couldn't refuse, membership in Les Assassins Silenciuex, not only did Egan accept, but proved himself to the point of rapidly rising in the teams ranks and becoming the Fourth Chair in LAS. Egan The Vile-1 remained in LAS until it was disbanded by Gambler, and then formed the Blood-Hunters, that team lasted for a time, but ultimately fell apart, leading Egan to return to his neutral roots and join The Elite Order
Weaponry powers and tech
Head: Lock on targeting sensors, infra-red, X-Ray and thermal visual sensors, proximity radar
Right arm: Shoulder mounted heat seeking missile launcher, wrist mounted gattling gun
Left arm: shoulder mounted UV spotlight, wrist mounted thermal cannon, concealed laser blaster in palm
Body: Force-field generator, Holographic projectors, Cloaking shield
Front: Concealed Napalm Cannon, machine gun banks, electric pulse generator
Back: Concealed UV spotlight, retractable spikes, deployable jet thrusters
Legs: Hip-mounted energy sword holsters, hydraulic knee joints allowing enhanced speed and jumping ability
Vile-1 is made of a metal that is heavily resistant to extreme temperature, hot or cold Called Thermantium, combined with Adamantium and Vibranium.
Egan is capable of lifting up to 98 tons, and can fly at sub-light speeds
Extents and limitations of powers:
Teleportation: Egan can execute short range teleportation (1 to 100 feet) but needs to charge his energy to teleport any farther unless it is to one of his bases.
Armor: Thanks to the Adamantium/Vibranium/Thermantium Egan can absorb major impacts, is virtually Unbreakable, and can withstand extreme temperatures as hot a moltan lava and as cold as deep space, however, some of his joints can be damaged far easier by extreme impact then his body and armored areas.
Power Cell: For his basic tech the nuclear power cell of ETV1 has a near limitless ability to create energy, however Egan has been known to "dump" energy from his powercell into a massive attack, however, Egan can quickly restore power to his cell by making it less responsible for maintaining his systems by absorbing other forms of energy, most notably electricity, thermal power, and solar power. But while absorbing other forms of power Egan can not raise his energy shield.
P.T.E. (Pute): The Personal Tactical Engine or Pute' as Egan calls it is an intelligent form of software integrated into Egan's cybernetic brain, it constantly adapts to suit it's users needs based on their style of fighting
Thermal Cannon: The thermal Cannon is capable of creating Magma hot bursts of heat, or frigid temperatures to the level of absolute zero
Speed: On foot Egan can run as fast as 40 M.P.H. but in flight is where the cyborg truly becomes a speed demon, capable of going from 0 to Mach 1 in 5.4 second, and capable of entering Hypersonic speed within 12 seconds.
Physical Strength level: Capable of lifting 50 tons with ease, and having lifted with some difficulty a maximum of 98 tons (196,000 pounds) Egan is extremely strong, utilizing advanced hydraulic which amplify his strength nearly a hundred fold.
Weaknesses:
Magnetism: As a being made of metal, ETV1 has an obvious weakness to extreme magnetism, however Egan's force-field can protect him for a short time, about 10 minutes before giving out. And Egan carries six tanks of liquid nitrogen, which can briefly render him a super conducter and thus anti-magnetic when the nitrogen covers his metal body, though thanks to the radiation eminated from his power cell, this technique only offers the machine about 2 minutes of protection per container of Liquid Nitrogen.
