Last week I talked to the owner of a comic book store I visit every now and then. According a debate he had with a friend of his, he claims there was a second mutant birth after M-Day and he's not talking about the Madrox clone. He also says it did not happen in an X-Book.  
 
In my attempt to look into his claim I ask you, is it true or is he just messing with me?
