Det. Vic Mackey

Vic Mackey is a man on a mission. He's been a cop for nearly twenty years. However, the thing that seperates him from most cops is his way of fighting crime. When most people would want to hold back, Vic would go all out. In a way, he's more terrifying than the criminals that he puts behind bars.

When out in the field, Mackey exacts justice - no matter what the cost is. Several brutality reports had been filed against him; and the department of Internal Affairs had tried on several attempts to but Mackey behind bars.

This was all with good reason. Mackey had a special police unit known as the Strike Team. It presented alot of problems for many different reasons. After all, it was an all-white group of detectives who were busting down the doors of racial minorities all over the district. However, Mackey was anything but politically correct. The fact of the matter was that he had a group of people he trusted. Therefore, contrary to the council of others and repeated attempts to "diversify" his team, Mackey keapt the Strike Team running like it always had.

As of now, Detective Vic Mackey is the leader of the Strike Team. His leadership plays a big role in the course of decision-making. Personally, Mackey is an expert marksman, as well as a tough fighter. His intense and confident attitude make him a good leader. Either way you look at it, Vic Mackey is one mean, tough S.O.B.
