The Seed

1735 South Carolina

The World still trying to free itself a man by the name of Izekial Esis  arrived in the new country wanting nothing more than to get as far away from Great Britain as possible. And sailing was his only way to free himself from the shackles that Britain had given him to bear an drag along. Finding a ship that needed only a captain for sailing he made himself its captain sailing it long and wide finally arriving in what is now South Carolina. Finding the land bountiful that he had brought his ship to he made his team set up a small town for themselves. Finding women not laxing in the nearby areas his men found the need for procreation a necessity even if the women did not, but soon the women found they had no way out of their situation. But Izekial himself never joined in these orgies of passion and lust keeping himself to the world in his own cabin. He had left his wife in Britain as she had ties to the royal family she could not sever or suffer greatly for it, so as he waited for the right time to go back and take her to their real home he just sat in the cabin.

One night one of his now townsfolk came barging into his cabin rambling incoherently about a sea witch vexing him into killing the women. Izekial bursts from his cabin following the now psychopathic man to his cabin, and what Izekial found was horrifying. The women that this man had made his own and their children were all sprung across the ground blood drained from the slash on their necks. Even the wee ones were not forsaken in this damnation of the town, Izekial turned around grabbing the man by the collar slamming him into the wall hard enough to crack his skull. And the man fell to the ground, soon the rest of the town had come out of their homes wondering what the screams were and found a bloody Izekial pulling the man from the home and tossing him into the middle of the square. He looked at his fellow townsmen and in a bellowing voice told them "Tonight this man slaughtered his kin, cut their throats without mercy at the knowledge that a sea witch entranced him....go to your homes. And DO NOT come out until sun rise!" The townsmen shaking with fear did as their leader and mayor told them, and he himself locked himself into his cabin. Leaning on the front door he let his head fall into it and stood their staring at the ground, but soon his gaze went from a shaken man into something else as he noticed wet foot prints from the door that went deeper into the cabin. He stood staring into there darkness of the room wondering who had entered his home an invaded he shouted out "Whose their? Come out and show yourself!" and soon a figure emerged from the darkness.

Her body was silky and pale, some of her body was covered in a hide that resembled that of a lizard but the rest of her was bare as the day she was born. She walked seductively towards Izekial her hand touching his chin he was entranced with her vexed beyond ability to shake it. She led him into his room turning around towards the bed asking "I know what you yearn for child man, take me now!" Not being able to help himself as she bent over onto the bed an looking back at her he took her hard. Not having this kind of body to body relation in eight months, but soon it was over and the sun was rising as he rolled over off of her. She looked seductivly into his eyes grabbing his chin looking into his eyes, he saw an innocence. But as he saw this innocence the truth had been revealed as she dug her hand deep into his chest, he tried gasping for air but was unable.

She stood up from the bed and to the side she turned laughing at him hard, her belly already swelling. She smiled "Men...all of your human men are weak, finally one of your seeds has make its mark. Do your realize how long I have been trying this disgusting act, and wearing this disgusting look it was almost unbearable." She shook her body and it was as if her skin fell of in flakes to the ground. And her true form was revealed, a demon of high class stood in front of Izekial Esis. Her beauty still their because as a female demon she is that much beautiful in demon form as she is in human. She smiled bending down and taking his chin she spoke softly "I do have feelings...of mercy. And your seed has achieved what I wanted, therefore you have two choices. Nothing fanciful but two nonetheless, You are going to die and I can leave here and let you bleed to death or I can end it for you." Izekial smiled at the sea witch saying his last words.

"My seed in your belly, allow whatever that comes from your demon chest to be of my kin. My name nothing more nothing less, you have given me a choice and I have given you my demand. Now do as you wish." Blood flowed from Izekials mouth as he spoke his words staring at her without fear she smiled at him almost lovingly. She looked at him grabbing his head in her hands "Your a brave one, stupid but brave. Ill choose for you little frail creature." Snapping his neck quickly she stood up letting his body slump out of the bed and onto the floor. She fixed her body wiping the sweat from her brow before she brought her hand out in front of her, an orb of black mass appeared in hers as she spoke "Away." and in a flash she was gone.

The New Child

Not long after the demoness had vexed Izekial into giving her his seed, she finally was given what had taken her millenia to have. A small child not 9lbs was "born" into the world of demons. His eyes blue and green and his face that of humans she smiled as she held him in her arms, his cries shattered the window panes of the home the demon had acquired for this birth. Her labors of the ceremony and planning for this day finally were fruitful as she was given a son, she stared into his eyes and smiled saying "Gen Esis, I have no real reason for giving you that mans name. His words were not threatening son, but they stuck in my mind. You will be the savior of both of these worlds. The one to save us from damnation when the final day comes, and the savior of those wanting to end their existance." The child cooed as she spoke and her tail came from behind her lifting the baby from her arms and rocking it to sleep. In its slumber she again turned to her dark arts enchanting the baby with the same abilities she has adding to its own power. Giving it the inate knowledge of the dark arts and ability to tap into the darkness all around him. After she had finished she slept beside him.

85 years later.

The child now full grown or to the point his body would show he has the wings of a bat like his mother, and has begun to master his powers among these his dark arts and Illusion Casting. Another thing that as he has reached adulthood is he has gained the ability to siphon/drain anything with energy of that energy within. Finding this ability as he played with a toad in the dark cave, he had drained the small creature of all of its life force. And his body doubled in muscle mass and throwing a tantrum brought the cave down.

After his 85th birthday his mother who he founds true name was Ginjuit, she was slain by the men who had been hunting her since that day in South Carolina. Generation after generation had continued their hunt of her, finding her as she was finding food for her and Gen. Upon finding his mothers body he followed the band of humans to a nearby town, his rage unable to be controlled his true form was unleashed. His batwings now twelve feet in length he swooped down into the down like an avenging angel and using his mothers teachings of the dark arts. He slaughtered the entire town without a second thought no matter if they were all the ones who killed his mother leaving no one left to tell of this story. He carved in a stone slab "New Roanoke." after the town that his mothers first husband had quelled an destroyed. Leaving this town behind he burned his mothers corpse eating the ashes before taking flight into the night air leaving all this behind.

The New World

200 years later

Gen now lives in the town full of men an women willing to give themselves to the darkness, in the wishes that they may be rescued from their horrible lives. This place is known as New York City. Over the years Gen has mastered many abilities one of these is his complete mastery of the dark arts. Able to open portals and holes in the universe and his abiltity to walk through these portals without a scratch on him as he enters the new world. He finds this new human run world quite entertaining and disturbing at the same time contining his mothers beliefs that he is the one to quell these humans. And take control upon Armageddon and bring his fellow demons back to this world.

Darkchild has no recollection of this new world he is in, yet everyone who meets him knows him. That is because as he was being born the soul and memories of a creature also known as Darkchild was tossed through time and embedded itself within Gen. Now he has memories of this Darkchild along with his own

The Hidden Lotus and The Coming of Ran

The world was full of surprises for Darkchild, a life full as his he felt that the time was needed that he showed the world his might. And to do this he joined the Hidden Lotus. A team of a sortment of people who had a connection to Darkchild himself, all knew of hiim yet he himself knew none of them. Akira the leader greeted Darkchild with the proporsition of joining the team under the Mountain Clan. Now Darkchild uses his awesome might for the Hidden Lotus

With the new team Darkchild has taken under his wing Zhib-Ran a young man who came to Darkchild for guideance. Wanting to learn how to use his powers in ways to cause chaos such as Darkchild had, it was all Darkchild could do but grin at the thought of unleashing something like himself onto the world.

Xaoc and The New Suit

Darkchild, again is asked to join a team. This time the ones known as Xaoc, he finds the name entertaining and joins. Still a member of Lotus he joins simply so that he may have the leisure to do what he wishes an bring pure chaos.

Soon he finds that the energies that he absorbs are becoming unstable, and in need of a way to regulate them and or release them without blowing up the entire area around him. Finding a scientist with the type of knowledge he needs, he devours his brain taking in his entire knowledge in one fell swoop.

Soon he creates a suit that regulates his powers, harness the eneriges he absorbs constantly into a way to power the suit.  Still capable without the suit he finds it "Makes him look badass" so he keeps it on all the time.

Appearance

Gens appearance is that of a normal human when he is not in his demon form. Being that he is indeed a halfbreed between a demon and human he is able to take on the form of a human without any of his demonic form being visible. He  is also part demon and in any instance he can change from normal human into a large demonic creature that resembles nothing known. He is his own demon as his mother was a succubus and they can change their natural look when ever they choose physically or make the person seeing either form human or demon see what they want.

But most of the time his demonic form switches between

Powers

Energy Siphoning- Everything in this world has a form of energy, and using these energies from the earth Gen can use convert them into his own form of energy. This energy is constant within his body and he can add to its power by siphoning it from other things. Using the siphoned energy he can convert it into offensive and defensive uses as beams, shields etc. He can also if siphoned an absorbed a great amount of energy he can heal (which is stated below)

Super Strength- His heritage allows for him to lift 25 tons, and hit with enough force to topple many buildings.

Super Speed/Agility- His demon heritage allows for superb speed, making fools out of many speedsters his top speed has yet to be clocked.

Healing Factor-His healing factor is constant, able to heal minor wounds fairly quickly but nothing massive. But if he has siphoned/drained a sufficient amount of energy and focused it into healing he can stop bleeding on massive levels. Or in some instances regrow lost limbs, but only part of his body he cannot reattach or regrow even with great amount of energy is his head.

Illusion Casting- An ability he was taught by his mother is to cast illusions on those around him. Be it a simple changing his appearance or an entire new setting for those around him the limits are boundless.

Darkness Manipulation/ Dark Arts- He is able to create anything he chooses using the dark arts or make anything happen to his liking. Many of these skills of Dark Arts are used as a defensive measure as a last resort in a battle. But outside of a battle he uses them as he chooses altering the world around him.

Fighting Style

Gen has learned quite a few fighting styles over the three hundred years of life. Many he himself cant remember but he does know how to defend himself in a situation that is needed without using his powers.

Weapons

As a member of the Hidden Lotus he was given a set of weapons. A Large augmented duel barreled automatic shotgun, along with a large Power Axe.

Shotgun

Has a hardened barrel and handle made of adamantium, primarily for use as a weapon once the ammo has run out. Indestructible.

Power Axe

The axe is five foot long and the blade itself weighs a good 80lbs. Sharpened to slice through anything, it aswell is made of Adamantium.


Power Suit

The suit itself is mostly a regulator of his immesne power, an the energies that he constantly siphons off those around him and the energies around him.

It converts the energies he absorbs into offensive and defensive ways, much easier. While controlling the energies all he must do is think of what he wants and it is created. He holds his arms up all he must do is wish for the energies to be released from his hands an they do.

The New Ring Bearer: Yellow Lantern Ring

The Abilities of the ring are only controlled and limited to the wielders imagination. But some of the abilties are

• Animating: A Sinestro Lantern can will things to move how he wants.
• Artificial Intelligence: Every ring has a connection to the Main Battery on Qward, which taps into Parallax. It acts as an "on-board computer," telling the wearer what they need to know. It can either respond out loud, or silently directly to the wearer's mind. The AI contains a large database of information that may be crucial to a "Sinestro's" success. The ring also translates nearly every language to and from the wearer, which is why the Corps can communicate with each other. When the bearer of a Sinestro Corps ring dies, the ring will seek out a suitable replacement for their sector, someone capable of instilling great fear.
• Burglar Alarm: A Sinestro Lantern can coat anything with the ring's beam and thus, if anyone other than himself touches it, his ring will glow, alerting him to the possible theft.
• Communicator: The ring can act as a personal communicator between Sinestro Lanterns. They have also been seen connected to telephones.
• Costumes: The wearer of the ring may create any costume they choose, based on their personal preferences, whenever they choose. The ring projects the costume over any clothes already worn at the time.
• Energy Projection: The rings can also project beams, form protective bubbles and force fields, and fire destructive blasts. Sometimes, depending on the wearer, the beams and blasts make sounds.
  
• Energy Constructs: The rings can construct anything the wearer can imagine from hard-light energy, as long as they are willing to make it. The more determined the wearer is, the more complex and intricate these things can be. The constructs can even be so complex as to form working machines, computers, and even people.
• Flight: The ring allows the wearer to fly in atmosphere or in space, and can achieve incredible speeds, moving from planet to planet in a matter of hours.
• Invisibility: The ring can make the wearer or anything else invisible.
• Matter Manipulation: A Sinestro Lantern can use their ring to manipulate nearby matter, such as water, for various purposes such as a construct that acts like an energy construct but can block something yellow and may serve a purpose that an energy construct couldn't perform.
• Mind Control: The wearer of the Ring can use it to plant post hypnotic commands or control a person.
• Mirages: The Ring can create mirages/illusions.
• Phasing: The ring allows the user to go through walls.
• Power Absorbing: In the JLA's first fight with Amazo, it was GL who defeated him by drawing out all of Amazo's powers. In Green Lantern/Silver Surfer: Unholy Alliances, Kyle defeated Parallax with SS' power and Thanos with Oa's energy by drawing out all that extra energy from them which made them unconscious. However he couldn't hold all that power nor could his Ring like Hal did with Amazo's powers, so that move isn't often used with so much power.
• Probing: The ring can probe the Lantern's or another person's mind, allowing him to uncover memories or the person's thoughts.
• Radiation: Besides light based radiation used to create the energy constructs associated with a Sinestro Corps member or a Green Lantern, the ring can simulate various forms of radiation. One example of this is the ability to simulate the radiation of Red solar radiation, which stunts or removes the powers of Kryptonians and Daxamites.
• Recharging: The rings need to be recharged by means of a Power Battery. Other large sources of power may be used to recharge a power ring, however effectiveness may vary. The internal power source of a Manhunter Android is, in effect, the same as a power battery, and can be used to recharge a power ring. During the JLA / Avengers crossover, a Cosmic Cube was used to recharge a depleted ring, although this is not an ideal solution and is available if there are no other options.  Members of the Sinestro Corps they generally quote the Sinestro Corps oath while recharging their rings: "In blackest day, in brightest night, Beware your fears made into light! Let those who try to stop what's right, Burn like his power... Sinestro's might!”
• Ring Duplication: Each ring can duplicate itself, creating a second ring which may be given to another as a backup, for protection, or to help the lantern in times of great need. This duplicate ring must is exactly like a normal ring.
• Temperature Control: The Ring can increase or decrease the temperature of anything, even something as large as stars, or even create bubbles of intense heat or cold, even down to Absolute Zero.
• Transforming: The ring can transform anyone or anything, be it into an animal, altering their state of appearance, or their size.
  
• X-Ray: The ring can allow the user to see through walls, without the people on the other side knowing.
