 Richard has no superhuman powers of any kind.

Abilities

Detective - Richard is a world class detective with many years of experience. His intuitive deduction and understanding of human motives are among the best in the world. Though on occasion his methods of collecting evidence can be questionable.
 
Martial Artist - Richard is an adept in Dragon-style Kung Fu. Although he lacks the breadth of skills that are demonstrated by top tier combatants he has extensive knowledge of the human anatomy and pressure points. He can hold his own and is the first person you'd want watching your back in a bar fight.
