The Specimen is a young mutant appearing to be in his late twenties it is his inherent ability to body jump that makes us feel that he will be the perfect candidate for the CB bonding process it is concluded that should one body become exhausted through experimentation his person can then be transfered to another form

Over the course of the next few months the specimen will undergo a series of chemical injections with the hope that the same process which allows for his body to transfer from form to form will also allow for him to manipulate the chemicals injected.

Should he be able to do this he will then be injected with Chemical 121 a chemical which is remenicent of acid and Napalm allowing him to propel blasts at will.

It has also been requested by our funder who has expressed the to remain Anonymus on record that the specimen also undergo a process which will remove the portions of his mind which allow him to feel any form of what they express to be unnececary emotions such as love or kindness or compassion

As they feel it will weaken him as a weapon

Though we feel this will not be nececary for the betterment of the project this process will take place near the final stages of completion during which the specimen will be subjected to agresive form of treatment by staff inorder to breed in him the desire to kill.

He will then recieve training in use of his powers and though this may result in casualtes among staff we feel it will eventually help to prepare him for release into the public after which he will be monitored and recorded should he become overly uncontrollable he will then be terminated and we shall begin again
