  • they have pretty good reasons in a way though for being like that, aside from being attacked all to hell, there country is in fact being torn apart and even killed by cultural infestation, especially American fast food is an example of something that is killing their people real quick because their bodies didnt have time to get used to it.

you know...its fine. it weirds me out a bit, but, first off, way back when Jessica Rabbit was on the cover. but mre why i think this is okay is because the Simpsons grandfather is the Life In Hell comcis Matt  Groening originally did in Playboy, and caught the notice of Fox and Tracey  Ullman leading to the Simpsons being created. The Life In Hell rabbits have popped up in ...

cant say this for sure, but it may be an explanation. while they share the same powerset virtually, they do not share the same mindset nor experiance training with their powers. Cable is much more focused, and in fact was raised and trained to focus his powers by the Askani from the inside much like a chi attack, and for the most of his life, had to make just a ...

best way to put it was he was one of a kind, and cannot be replaced. he did so much for wrestling and beyond it wouldnt be what it is today even without him. Cezar put up a good link there with some of his more  prominent factoids. (great pic btw Cezar, really captures his essence)

Anyone remember this game?

Splatterhouse was original released by Namco in the arcades in 1988.
The premise was based on horror movies, the main character likened to
Jason Voorhees, the hockey mask wearing undead killing machine of the
Friday The 13th movie series.

Story
source:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Splatterhouse

Two a parapsychology university students, Rick and Jennifer, take refuge from a storm in The West Mansion, a local landmark known as "Splatterhouse" for the rumors of hideous experiments purportedly conducted there by Dr. West, a renowned (and now missing) parapsychologist. At the mansion, the two are attacked by demonic creatures that drag Jennifer into the house and fatally wound Rick, leaving him for dead.

Rick awakens in the dungeon of the mansion to discover that he is still alive thanks to the influence of the "Terror Mask," a Mayan sacrificial artifact from West's house which is capable of sentient thought. The mask attaches itself to Rick, fusing with his body and transforming him into a monster with superhuman strength. With the mask's encouragement, Rick goes on a rampage through the dungeon and the mansion grounds, killing hordes of monsters. Inside the mansion, Rick finds Jennifer, prone on a couch and surrounded by a throng of creatures that retreat upon his arrival. After their departure, Jennifer herself transforms into a giant, fanged monster that attempts to kill Rick while begging him for help. Rick kills Jennifer, who transforms back into her normal self and thanks him before she dies. Infuriated, Rick tracks the remaining monsters to a giant, bloody hole in the mansion's floor; upon entering it, Rick discovers that the mansion itself is alive. He follows a bloody, vaginal "hallway" the house's "womb," which is producing fetus-like monsters that attack him. Rick destroys the womb, which causes the house to set ablaze as it "dies."

Escaping the burning mansion, Rick comes across a grave marker; upon approaching it, the Terror Mask releases energy into the grave, reviving a giant monster that claws its way up from the earth and attempts to kill Rick. Rick destroys the creature, which unleashes a tormented ghost that dissipates into a series of bright lights. As the lights vanish, the mask explodes from Rick's face, turning him back to normal. Rick flees as the house burns to the ground; after he's gone, the pieces of the Terror Mask reassemble themselves and laugh.

The game was one of the first games to have problems with release due to being excessively violent and containing demonic themes, and other questionable material, and was also one of the first to carry a " parental advisory " when it was first released for a home system, the 16-bit TurboGrafx, and had several elements changed or removed. It spawned two sequels for the Sega Genesis as well as an LCD handheld version.

The game play was fairly simple. A side scroller beat em up, in which the players objective was
to walk along and destroy hordes of monsters, demons, and a ton of other suspenseful and demonic
"what-evers" with either Ricks fists, or whatever object was found lying around, much in Jason
Voorhees traditional fashion. Whenever any enemy died, they would leave in a Fatality  which
varied by enemy type and the method used to kill them, but was always explosively gory and sick.

Namco, now partnered with Bandai, had commissioned BottleRocket Entertainment to reboot the
the franchise, but due to snags, Namco has now taken it open themselves to finish the new game
and release it sometime in early 2010, so far for the XBox360 and Playstation 3.

 today is my birthday. yippee.
but really importantly its the day my childhood hero,
Jim Henson was born in 1936. usually people seem to
celebrate a persons death, which is to me frankly a little
odd in some cases such as Jim's, because he is the kind of
person i would celebrate the fact that he came, and what he
brought to our world as a result.

Jim Henson revolutionized the entertainment industry
in new and creative ways that cannot be duplicated to date, and in fact after his tragic
death in 1990, was when the industry truly decided to push CGI in full because they
had no real other way to try and compensate for what they needed from him.
He was a Jedi. puppeteer, artist, actor, director, singer, writer, director, and more
responsible for bringing us  Sesame Street , The Muppets, Fraggle Rock, The Dark Crystal,
Labyrinth,  as well the creature work and more in many bodies of work, two of
the most notable being Star Wars and the live action Ninja Turtles. This was one
of the people who shaped us from children to adults, and his legacy continues to shape
the world today. Id like to wish him a happy b-day, because if persons can remain in
spirit, then he is one who is defiantly here to blow out the candles. thanks Jim for all the love
and kindness.

feel free to wish him one as well, or anyone else born this day on September 24th that
you feel deserves praise.and if its your birthday, happy birthday from me to you.
