@inferiorego: I never understood the "popular/lose" concept. - It always seem to be to come from an alternative universe. - Don't you guys in highschool support intelligence, academic success? There's no little admiration for higher IQ? I don't mean people who do nothing than study, I mean people who are actually naturaly intelligent.

Is there really all the bowling? Do people really sit on the tables organized by stereotypes? Is really all the drama, and strong hierarchy? Kids that are going to grow up to live successful lives really do the homework for the bullies that are going to grow up to be dump? Is really the "popular" versus "loser" concept, or is just something very comercialized by TV? I mean I confess ...

@Methos: Most people think Imortality is a curse, but the fact is unless you are in pain, nobody really wants to die when their time comes. One is lucky if reach 100 years, and yet I'm preaty sure I would not do 1/10 of I want from this life with such little time! The thing is all of the mentioned comic books are at the same time focus in just one character and now and then tied up to big crossovers.... The Superman / Batman has two of my favorite superheroes, who happen to be very different from each other and usually this Comic Book isn't tied up to giant-crossovers, meaning I can just pick up the book and enjoy it on its own. Also sometimes, not often enough for me, we have guess appearances!

With the formation of DC Entertainment, what character or team would you like to see as a movie or TV show?
Initially I would let everybody do their jobs, meaning everybody would be working as planned, to maintain business, but as my personal agenda I would do three things:
- Crossovers - I love mixed universes, so I would make all the deals I could with other companies to make to most awesome quick-ass crossovers ever!
- My own personal universe - As a secondary thing I would write my own little universe in a comic book, and see if you guys, my felow readers would enjoy it as I would.... :P
- World Expansion! - The world would know the coolness of Marvel! I will try to slowly introduce superheroes to many, many other countries - Yes this would mean more stories on Asia, Europe, Australia, Africa and how knows maybe Antarctica!

I believe I can say this is the story I've been waiting from Supergirl since her fall on Gotham in Superman/Batman 8. It's not only about the story concept. Allgthout I never read a story where a superhero fight something he can't punch or trow at the jail, and I like it. But the best part is that Supergirl is now more interesting. In this issue, and some before, she seams to have a more curious mind, definitely less dramatic, and with a lot more of initiative. Kara's more active, less "emo". I also find it very good that she's finally standing up for something. It's always better to a have a Supergirl with the mission to cure cancer, than one with the mission to kill Superman. (Who came up with that crap anyway?) The bottom line is: this is a Supergirl who stands up for what she believes is right!
