When I hear about a new major story arc or crossover story, trust me, I
am more often than not the first one to complain. I usually am not too
crazy about big story arcs and only buy them when they come out in
trade. However, since they killed off Martian Manhunter,
I have been so excited to see what they are going to do with him and
whether or they will incorporate him into the 'Darkest Night' story
arc. Should be interesting. So you can imagine my excitement when I
found some cool 'Darkest Night' preview news courtesy of DC.
Remember the Tempest? Well, if you do, then yo can certainly expect to see him in the first issue of 'Blackest Night'! In order to explain where the character has disappeared to, we can catch his first appearance in a long time in the upcoming issue of 'Teen Titans #15.' It seems that DC has big things in store for 'Tempest,' who we will supposedly be seeing a lot of in 'Blackest Night' as well as the 'Blackest Night: TITANS' mini series.
Issue #15 of Titans will be coming out on July 15th, which will be the first appearance of 'Tempest' in a very long time. I am certainly looking forward to seeing him in this issue, and seeing where they will be taking the character in the 'Blackest Night' series, are you?
Take a look at the gorgeous art from José Luis and J.P. Mayer. Aquaman looks pretty, um...delicious...for a comic book character... :)
