POWERS, WEAPONS, EQUIPMENT

Super soldier serum: This serum has increased Andy's body to the maximum of human potential, evolutions next step for humanity. He is more agile, durable, fast, intelligent, and strong than any human could ever possible be, no matter the amount of training. Because of this serum Andy could break every Olympic record ever set for any contest. He is capable of running a mile in roughly a minutes time, can run at speeds around 35 miles per hour on foot with no sweat. Has been able to bench press 1,100 pounds and curls 500 pounds as a work out. He is also capable of high jumping an entire two stories. His mind was increased along with his body which is what allows him to read and configure all the angles in his mind as if it was nothing. This is what allows him to think on his feet and play the angles with his shield and optic blasts. Because of the serum he effectively never tires and can do such extraordinary feats not seen by normal humans for long durations of time. It has also been proven that he cannot become intoxicated and is immune to many diseases. He also has a high resistance to many poisons and gases, and toxins that allow him to lessen their effects and durations. So complete is the serum that it even increased his five senses, giving him incredible reflexes and allows him to dodge gun fire as the bullets seem to be moving in slow motion to him. Because of his increased blood count from the serum Andy is capable of healing at a faster rate and capable of overcoming the most gruesome of injuries with short bed rests. The serum has also slowed his aging to an unknown rate. Allowing his body to stay at peak perfection.


Master combatant: Not only is Andy a master tactician and strategist but he has also mastered several forms of martial arts over the years. His keen eye for strategy is one of the things that lets him throw and shoot his optic blats with keen accuracy and bounce them around at thousands of angles. The slightest movement by his opponents all give Andy a hint at what is to come next through his extensive knowledge in body language. Throughout the years he has become a Master in Aikido, American kick boxing, Jujitsu, Muay Thai, Judo, Tae Kwon Do, and various forms of Karate. Andy has also mastered two sword fighting styles in Fencing and Kendo. He has also studied the fine arts of the Chi, mastering them to enhance his mind, body and soul even more. In his learning's with these styles he has mastered various pressure points and breaking points in the human body. Allowing him to know where to strike for maximum effect. Taking parts from each of the styles he has mastered Andy created his own unique fighting style. One that has allowed him to blend his martial prowess with his shield and blasts. With this discipline of the body has also come a mastering of the mind. Because of his strong dedication to the arts and Chi combined with his sheer willpower he is highly resistant to casual mental scans and attacks that try to control his mind and influence his thoughts.

Optic Blasts: His mutant genes give Andy the ability to absorb ambient solar energies, also forms of radiation which his body then converts into the powerful optic blasts. Unchecked these blasts will easily level buildings and can reach the power of a nuclear reactor. It has been said that with enough power Andy could crack a small planet. These crimson blasts are not lasers, they do not create any heat at all unless it is through friction. Instead of cutting of burning his blasts are pure kinetic energy. A massive concussive force, or blunt force trauma. He can push or smash objects with pure force and has been seen to use these blasts and various creative ways. With his extensive training of the optic blasts he has been able to perfect his aim to shooting multiple targets with one blast by ricocheting it from target to target or even off of other surfaces. Andy has been seen to shoot blasts as wide as the eye can see to more focused blasts that can strike the head of a needle. The major drawback to his power is that he must wear a special Visor, or ruby glasses to contain his power. Otherwise he must shut his eyes to keep them from spilling out uncontrollably.

Special Visor: This highly customized visor is the pinnacle of technology. The outside casing is made out of Vibranium to increase its durability and resistance from breaking. The lens is specially crafted out of a ruby quartz which keeps Andy's optic blasts in check, it also has a built in dampener which allows him to decrease light activity and glares. The latest state of the art targeting system has been grafted into this device to allow Andy uncanny precision with his blasts. The visor has also been engineered to give Andy various other forms of sight, ranging from heat vision, dark vision, night vision, x-ray vision, microscopic vision, electromagnetic, ultraviolet, and telescopic vision. In addition to the visions and targeting system there is a com link and built in camera. Adding to the already impressive display of technology packed into this little device Andy also has a sound emitter. This system allows for him to increase or decrease sound waves, practically giving him superhuman hearing when needed. It has also been equipped with a audio recorder letting him record sounds and conversations. There is also a visual recorder, which allows him to take pictures and footage of what he sees. The nanobots in the visor also increase his ability to resist mental intrusions and control, which helps hide the secrets stored away in his mind and the Ice database. The last bit of technology that is in this device is a highly secure up link to satellites, which allows him to access the extensive ICE archive and government database, as well as send the information that he records with the visor. This can give him a distinct advantage over any foe who has been filed on with any system he has access to.

Adamantium/Vibranium Shield: This circular shield is shaped like a round discus and painted with two red stripes with one white stripe and a blue center. Centered on the shield is a single white star giving it the American dream touch. The shield was created by a serendipity of melding Adamantium and Vibranium together. This means that the shield is literally indestructible short of reality manipulation. Through years of rigorous training with the shield Andy has practically made is an extension of his own body. He is able to throw it at incredible speeds and accuracy with perfect precision. His skill with the shield is so extensive that he can attack multiple targets with a single throw by using it to ricochet off them or other surfaces. By applying certain strength and angles to the shield he has capable of throwing it like a boomerang, which allows it to return to his hand. This shield has saved his life countless times and has been proven to be not only a effective defensive weapon, but a remarkable offensive one as well. It's durability has been tested to hold up against nuclear blasts as well as LstPaladin's Godblast effect. The vibranium mixture in the shield allows for it to absorb and distribute all energies against it, lessening their effect. It is also capable of absorbing vibrations which is what lets him take super humanly strong attacks without breaking his forearm and hand.


Vibranium Suit: The star spangled bodysuit is colored to resemble the American colors and is made from a micro-mesh webbing of Vibranium. Allowing it to absorb most vibrations and kinetic energies to some extent, lessening their effects. Not only does it stop most bullets, but it saps them of their momentum. Just like Kevlar the suit can be cut if it is cut along the grain of the webbing. However it cannot be punctured by conventional means or blunt force. This suit helps provide an excellent protection against physical attacks as well, weakening their effect to an extent. It also provides a good amount of protection against cold and hot temperatures, providing him with a low quality fire resistance and ability to fight off frost bite in extreme temperatures. The soles of the boots absorb sound and impact which allow him to move silently at great speeds while running or jumping. He can even leap off of a building from up to eight stories and land without injury. With the special nano technology that Nighthunter installed into the suit it has the ability to reflect light in a way to give Andy a stealth mode. Making him almost invisible in dark areas, almost as if he is blending into the shadows themselves.

Proton Shield Glove: In the rare cases that Andy is without his shield he also has a back up weapon. Worn on his left glove is a highly sophisticated proton shield generator. It is an upgraded version of the standard plasma shield which can absorb impact even better than his traditional shield. This energy can be used to fire energy blasts of incredible force with the touch of his fingers. While the proton force shield will not return or ricochet off things he can create another one by manipulating the palm controls in a split second. The device uses red plasma instead of the standard yellow and has been upgraded so that it can mimic the design of his classic shield.



Nighthunter's Sword: This single-edged Japanese sword is most commonly referred to as a Katanna. The slender curve in this blade reaches almost 30 inches and is crafted out of Adamantium and laced with carbonadium. Towards the bottom of the blade there are seven symbols or Kanji, engraved in diamonds. Each representing a virtue from Bushido, the way of the warrior. Benevolence, Courage, Honesty, Honor, Integrity, Loyalty, Respect. The hilt and hand guard of the magnificent blade is forged of vibranium. This allows the user to withstand super strong vibrations that might be sent down from the blade of the weapons upon striking. The sheath of the blade also crafted from that special metal, which can be used as a weapon. Much like a club or staff. When going into combat the blade is faced upwards, which allows for a faster draw and cut in a fluid motion. When not at war however the blade is faced down, showing a sign of peace. The carbonadium in the sword allows for any cut to slow and negate a healing factor that anyone might have against it.
