Anatomical Supremecy-Akira is the answer to all things acrobatic,and be considered the best at what he does.His agility is far-above superhuman which makes him almost impossible to catch.His dexterity and stamina allow him to dodge,evade,and preform stunts that rival the most nimble and agile acrobats.His agility has no limits and he often mixes in attacks.Its questioned whether or not his agility is a miutant power or not,but sense he is able to preform with Super Agility and still use another mutant power,hints to the fact that it is a non power,but human skill pushed by Akira's mutant physiology.Recently Akira has been found to have Body Supremacy,also called Body Mastery or Free Motion (when that faculty is used) is total awareness, familiarity and control of all of the motions that one's own body makes. This ability can be used to swim through water at the same speed as the user moves on land, or to gain fine control over the movements of one’s muscles (so that if the user is thrown onto his back, he could still move along the ground by flexing his back muscles, and the like). This ability could be used to move with remarkable grace, and land from falls on one's feet or on all fours as though the fall was much shorter than it actually was, short of lethal damage • While the user's mind could be dominated, the user's nerves are under his control alone (so the user's movement can't be dominated)


Quantum Perception-Akira views the world in formulas,equations,and complex systems.Ability bestows its user with numerous intuitive facets and qualities, including (but not limited to) enhanced insight and discernment, accelerated recall, awareness of potential self-aptitude, enhanced creativity, the ability to comprehend complex systems, and enhanced communication and manipulation gleaned from inherited perception skills on an adult level, even before childhood.Psychic ability to easily remember and quickly recall everything that one has ever experienced or learned in one's lifetime. Those with panmnesia usually need only to read, hear or see something once and they will never forget it again. They can continually learn for the rest of their lives and their brains will simply compress neural synapses to contain it all, allowing memory of every event, experience or tidbit of knowledge from their birth to the present. Tao's main power is his unbelievable intelligence. According to his files "Akira's grasp of tactical, strategic thinking has achieved a seemingly transcendent level which utterly surpasses normal human consciousness. Without any recognized psionic skill such as telepathy or telekinesis, Akira's mind has entered conceptual territory so far above our own that one might as well attempt explaining quantum physics to an ant." Akira's brilliance usually shows itself in his ability to quickly figure out just about anything, from how to operate complex machines, how systems (social or technological) work, what the perfect strategy for any given situation is, even down to personal secrets, flaws, traits and weaknesses of people he's only just met. These kinds of information are then used in the manipulation of individuals and whole cultures for his own ends. How he uses his intelligence on others, to manipulate and control them, is something that seems to be hypnotic or psychic, but isn't. According to scientists and people that have looked into Akira's creation (people like John Lynch), everything Akira can do comes from his intelligence. He's just so smart that somehow talking to someone, even briefly, is enough for him to completely control their way of thinking. "He redefined genius, and listening to him talk was like playing Russian Roulette...with his words as the bullets" - John Lynch. With nothing other than words, Akira has been able to put a superhuman in a coma, implant false memories, remove real memories, control physical actions as well as the reality that his listener experiences. In most cases though he allows his listener to retain control of their thoughts (or at least believe they do) and manipulate them in more subtle ways. Akira isn't limited to verbal communication, as shown when he had his tongue removed. He is just as dangerous with gestures and facial expressions. Any form of communication is a weapon for Akira.

Illusion Casting: possesses the mutant power to project extremely convincing and realistic illusions into the minds of others. Although similar in nature to the abilities her father had, Akira's illusions seem much more powerful since they do not dissipate after she has lost consciousness. Akira's illusions are hypnotic based and his victims tend to accept them as fact, even if the images and scenarios that are created involve sudden changes to the world around, are inconsistent and/or improbable. Akira's illusion powers are also capable of killing, as his victims' bodies will respond as if her illusions are real. When Akira confronted Viceroy with the illusion that he was drowning, and believing it to be real, he suffocated, despite having no physical injuries and being in a room with sufficient oxygen. Heather Cameron's body also responded in a similar way, bleeding through the pores in her back when she was under the illusion she had been stabbed. His illusions are also capable of putting his enemies into a permanent coma like state if he telepathically places his victims mind in a maze from which there's no escape, thus effectively trapping his victims mind in a psychic prison.

Death Factor:has the ability to send an odorless pheromone that weakens anybody within his immediate vicinity. The pheromone has never been given an official name, but has oftentimes been called his “Death Factor” in opposition to Wolverine and Sabretooth's “Healing factor”. The pheromone is sufficient enough to render his targets unconscious, or even kill them, if exposed to the pheromone for a long enough period of time. He must secrete this pheromone, or it will start to feed off of his own body. He also can install fear in his opponent with the Pheromone's, simply being in his presence makes you afraid.      
 
C.F.S His cybernetic implants are made of the adamantium like substance, Carbonadium. Unlike adamantium, carbonadium is flexible and is also practically indestructible. These two retractable tentacles come from his wrist and are capable of holding a ton of weight; Akira is often shown holding one or even two heroes in his grasp. He can also use his tentacles are often also used offensively as whips, and defensively for deflecting attacks. They also act as a conductor for his ability to drain the life force of others to supplement his own. He must do this in order to survive, and when he does it will enhance his health, healing, and other abilities.Akira's most important goal is to find the Carbonadium Synthesizer. This item will prevent his death spores from ever harming him again, thereby sustaining his physical health and stabilizing his condition.     
 
Telekinetic Manipulation:Ability to psionically manipulate the physical aspects of reality. He can also move and levitate other people. While he can move objects from a distance and fly as other telekinetics do, she has shown little inclination to do either in combat situations. He can also create telekinetic shields of various sizes and strength and he can fire mental force blasts that can “shatter mountains.” His telekinesis is also much stronger now than it was before his death. Akira seems to find that using his telekinesis in forceful ways is easier than in delicate ways (i.e. He can shatter a brick wall more easily than he can slowly levitate a pencil across a room)  
  
Telekinetic Katana : The Viper can manifest a telekinetic katana blade composed of raw psi-energy, which at its lowest intensity, functions to disrupt neural pathways and sever the bonds between molecules, and at its highest level, his katanas can slice an armored opponent and cut through the armor, but leave the attacker physically unharmed. He can also use his swords to shatter telepathic power-inhibitors imposed on others. Akira's telekinetic manifestations produce visible radiance in the physical world.Thus, he can use his psychic katana as a makeshift light source in areas of darkness.     
  
Psychic Knife: Described as "the focused totality of his psychic powers," by intensely channeling and focusing his psionic powers to his hands to create “psychic blades”, razor-sharp edges of pure mental energy which are said to be the ultimate physical manifestation of her powers which she plunges into the minds of her targets directly. She often uses them to disrupt the neurons of her foes by driving the glowing "blade" of mental energy into their skulls. It is able to kill.  
 
Death Dealer:  A supreme agent in the department of killing. He loves to use hand to hand combat and is a master of over 50 styles and disciplines,but refuses to use just one in combat. He has aspects of every martial art in his trademark style that is loosely translated to "Dark Fist" from an unkown language. The style is highly infused with Telekinetic Advanced Combat,Ninjitsu and an ancient art form used by the mythical fighters of K'un Lun.
