    Sure, but this is Mystique, she is far from one to act with any sort of conventional means, plus care is pretty broad. So yeah sure, but I wouldn't expect any outward or obvious signs or displays of affection from her anytime soon.

    She absolutely cares for Rogue, the whole reason she betrayed the X-men the last time was in order to get in the position to heal her using Hope.
