The first story here makes me want to write a letter to the editor to explain what it wrong with it, but it would be almost 60 years too late.  There is just so much wrong with this - teleportation ability created by modifying some mid 20th century technology, G-Forces that would shake a crystal apart but not kill a human.  Anyway it is a weak story based around aliens wanting to invade Earth and doing so through teleportation.  The second story also doesn't do much.  It is a cautionary tale abo...
