I was thinking this before Hancock.She's one of my favorite actresses and she's a natural blonde.They already f#cked up Sue Storm.Marvel owes me Charlize.If she'll play Aeon Flux i'm sure she'd be up to play Carol.

Elisha Cuthbert is cute but she's too girly.I couldn't see her as Ms.Marvel without making a total mockery of it.I think it would turn out like Catwoman with Halle Berry.
Did I miss something with Halle Berry? Did she play a White role? I understand about Jessica Alba. I was like, WHAT? when I saw her doing Fan4 as Sue... but remember, Ms. Marvel's character was never based on her being White, or non-White for that matter. Storm was from Cairo, so that kinda made sense. Ben Grimm's girlfriend, Alicia, was White in the cartoons, but was Black in the movie...and really didn't make any difference.
However, maybe Beyoncé would NOT be the best choice for Ms. Marvel. Maybe she can pull off Black Canary and do her "Canaryoncé Cry"...but that's DC...
From the long, long conversations I've had with people about casting the Avengers, the only people we could all agree on to some extent were Jessica Biel (my vote) or Charlize Theron.

No..you would be wrong.Halle Berry played Patience Phillips\Catwoman.Patience was made up for the movie so therefore the character is black.She didn't play Selina Kyle or any Catwoman from the comics.No character is based on being white but if they are white in the comics the should remain as such.When you take Sue Storm..the whitest white woman in the world..a natural blonde..and have Jessica Alba play her whom isn't a natural blonde and is partly mexican.It doesn't fit.Blonde hair on someone that tan looks phony from the beginning and it ruins the illusion of how you would picture Sue Storm if she was real.Beyonce can't play Ms.Marvel because she's black.There is no need to ruin the character to play to Beyonce's ego.
