Once again, a tip of the hat to one very dynamic and eye catching cover. Seriously, that is yet one more poster quality image to be placed on the front of this book. Since the Secret Invasion began, these books have been escalating in pure excitement and quality. I would dare say that it has peaked with this issue, yet we wont find that out until next issue.
This issue however, Ms. Marvel ends up batteling a Skrull that makes the Super Skrull look not all that super. It is a 22 page battle that builds up in intensity all the way to its conclusion. This book is so exciting, that it is only its unfortunate lack of characterisation that keeps it from being a five star book.
