Plot Summary

Iron Man is helping Ms. Marvel with an Avenger training program, dodging all sorts of obstacles, and fighting a robot. Iron Man congratulates her for her performance in the program and then they flirt for a little bit before Carol takes off. Iron Man then says to himself that he's met a lot of women in his life, but she is very unique compared to the others and he hopes he'll enjoy having her as an Avenger. Meanwhile at SHIELD, Jasper Sitwell is having a heated debate with representatives of the Canadian ministry of defense about using Sabretooth as a weapon to capture Wolverine, and they have their own plans to keep him under control. Later, Carol takes a shower, and then goes out to hang with some friends. They tell Carol that her vacation's pretty much over and she needs to get back to writing and it's tax season. But the conversation is interrupted when a
SHIELD van is sent flying through the window near them. Carol changes into Ms. Marvel and removes the van and saves her friends. The police tell her that a fur-covered man busted out of a SHIELD security truck and blocked a sub-way with it. Ms. Marvel then goes after this person herself even though the police say they'll go after him after they get more reinforcements. Ms. Marvel finds him and attacks him in the subway. After taking him out by sending him into an electric rail and striking him with a broken piece of the track, she has him down, but then a train approaches, which Ms. Marvel stops to keep it from hitting the pile of rubble, but at a great strain. Sabretooth recovered in the time that happened and since Carol isn't as strong because of what she just did, she realizes she'll have to find some other way to take down Sabretooth. Using her skills and training, she manages to take him down as officers appear and she tells them to tranquilize him. Then her head feels weird, and she starts seeing strange images in her head and experiences a 7th sense prescient flash and a bunch of grim images appear in her mind of what she will have to deal with in the future.
