The Puzzle Comes Together
Finally writer Brian Reed begins to explain the parts of the large puzzle that have been laid out of the last several issues as readers come to understand just how serious Ms. Marvel's situation is after the events of Secret Invasion. Carol also comes face to face with the new Captain Marvel and maybe learns something about herself she didn't want to admit out loud. This proves to be an interesting issue despite the lack of action (something this book is well known for) and ties nicely into the Captain Marvel: Secret Invasion mini-series that was also written by Reed, guest-starring Ms. Marvel.
