Think he's referring to PG appearing in the first arc of Mr. Terrific's comic when New 52 launched. She was in a stage of undress and it alluded that they had casual sex together.

Also in issue 2, Michael's business aide Aleeka wanted Karen to try to snap Mister Terrific out of his mind control. Aleeka said "your influence on him runs a bit deeper than mine". She was also jealous of Michael and Karen and eventually left to D.C.
