Mr. Sinister is a supervillain originating from Marvel Comics. Nathaniel Essex was a 19th Century scientist that was genetically mutated by Apocalypse, who shared his philosophy of Social Darwinism. Becoming the immortal Mr. Sinister, he is perhaps the greatest geneticist in the world; capable of cloning, creating, enhancing, and controlling mutant abilities. Sinister is one of the X-Men's most dangerous enemies.

From what I know, he has only appeared in Ultimate X-Men, so where ever your getting your information is either be feed the wrong info or is hearing it wrong
It must be, after work, I visit my brother and there is a comic store next door and sometimes I go over there just to see what they have, so I was asking the comic guy about it and he said some books that Mr. Sinister was in, plus when you look up the books he is in on this website it mentions ultimate spiderman so I was just asking, I have not read the ultimate X-men books but next time I go to the comic store I was just going to read a few of them.
