Mr. Park works with Dr. Trouvaille and has the ability to summon the Incubi to our earthly plane. He is only ably to do this by mortally wounding himself. Once the Incubi are on the earthly plane he can control them to do his will. He used the incubi to capture spirits that would be used in Dr. Trouvaille's experiments. He can also enter the incubi dimension and reaper in his own dimension similarly to the Ghost's Ghostjump.
This ability came with a price as he was believed to be insane due to the number of self-afflicted wounds. He was institutionalized at the Liebekraft House for his mental illness. While in the asylum he was tracked down by the Ghost who followed clues that led to him. He tormented her and and made her do humiliating and degrading things until she got so angry that he shot him. That is what he wanted in the first place because while mortally wounded he called upon the Incubi again who rescued him from the Ghost and the Liebekraft House.
Ghost was eventually able to defeat Mr. Park by injecting him with a female hormone so when he used his power to go to the next dimension he would be unable to go back to the earthly plane. When he got to the next plane the female hormone exploded and may have killed Mr. Park. He can however recover from fatal injuries so me may be alive.
