Mr. Majestic is the WildStorm universe's "Superman". He is an alien warrior who has lived on Earth for centuries, often fighting alongside others of his race (as well as humans) against the Daemonites.
Create my own solar system and be worshiped as a god after creating a powerful race of beings...then proceed to create an inter-galactic peacekeeping force.
Travel to the Marvel Universe and kill Thor and take his hammer. Spend time learning all the magic. Look over Doom's notes and make something for easy time travel. Find Kang and get better time travel/control. Find the Silver Surfer, steal the Power Cosmic, kill him, and turn his skin into armor. Travel to the DC Universe and "get" a power ring. Return to WS Earth. Pick up Nemesis. Return to Khera. Make things right. Lead my people. Raise a family.

One more thing... I'd use the Kheran Dream Engine to make my people have the same powers/abilities as me(minus reality warping, because I have to be the King, of course).
I'd kill Superman, Captain Atom, Black Atom, go to image and kill Supreme and any other superman type in all comic realities. Superior, Sentry, Plutonian, The High, etc. And become the only man of steel. Bascially I'd be King Hyperion but cooler lol THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE!!! superman. lol
Repopulate the earth and other planets with humanoid women (prioritize viltrumites, daxamites, kryptonians, eternals, strontians)
Do so until all population in planet have flight, invulnerability, strength, speed as basic ability (the standard being Silver Age Levels)
Raise children to be a nomadic warrior tribe (compare to Vikings, Mongols, Pirates)
Enhance race with magic (like Captain Marvel and Black Adam)
Enhance race with science (like Captain Atom and Solar )
Deify self and rule as god emperor with some aspects of a sheikh (indoctrinate the others with fanaticism and utter devotion)
Span the multiverse to conquer
Cleanse impurities (cosmic beings, gods and other undesirables)

He created a sun out of nothing(when fighting the Cosmic Negator) and created a new universe when he reached the end of time and he and the other 3 surviving beings in the universe to recreate the universe.
