A tank of Gen-Factor chemicals collided with Mr. Luv's mother while she was pregnant with him in a rainstorm. Months passed before he was born, but a side affect from the chemicals caused him to stop growing, leaving him stuck in his childhood body. He later gained super intelligence and focused on making the best toys in the world. Several years later he built an financial empire of toys named Luv Industries. He soon organized a plan to take a mate in order to help him give life to a new breed of Gen-Actives. He soon chose Rainmaker, Fairchild, and Freefall to be his mates and hired Helmut to capture them. He later tries to have sex with them, but his plans were ruined when Grunge, Burnout, and Mr. Lynch came to rescue the girls.
