Well to actually answer, it has been said that Reed's maximum stretch limit is up to 1,500 feet or in metrics that's 457.2 meters, which after that it becomes extremely painful and the potential to rip himself apart is then at a high degree. The Class 100s you've mentioned could definitely do it in no time as long as they have the open space to do so.

Superman could do it.
