Why was Moon Knight in Vegas?

I was just thinking about my first encounter with Moon Knight, which was in Hulk #7-9, and it got me thinking: why was he even in Vegas? Seems a long way from his home turf.

The correct question is...why aren't you in Vegas?

I don't question it, super heroes are all over the place and travel a lot. He used to be on the West Coast Avengers, maybe he was visiting an old team member out West :) I'm just happy they give MK guest appearances, and it was a pleasant surprise to see him in the Hulk series.

2008/2009... Banner was wandering the country, soul-searching, after a run-in with Red Hulk...

Was it written by Loeb? This is the same series where Frank Castle listened to Rulk in exchange for a list of the secret service's protection program. The writing is blatantly offensive to intelligence.
