I was curious to see when Moon Knight's "career" was at its highest (and lowest) and thought the best way to do this was to create a graph... and after spending a few hours making the damn thing, I thought I might as well share it with you guys, so here you go:
Moon Knight
Character » Moon Knight appears in 1414 issues.
Moon Knight, Marc Spector, Steven Grant, and Jake Lockley: four different aspects of the same man who was resurrected by Khonshu (the Egyptian Lunar-God of Vengeance and Justice) to serve as his "avatar." Those unjust mortals who prey upon the innocents traveling at night, with powers that come from the moon, beware the Vengeance of the Moon Knight!
Moon Knight's Career (visually)
Unfortunately you can only embed a 600px version, so you'll have to view it in my image gallery if you want to read the details...
It's appearance-count per year... Probably should have mentioned that :)
He's certainly on the up-and-up since 2003, so that's a good thing...
" @Danial79 said:I know, but I'm only interested in 616 :)" And it's only Earth-616... no Ultimate or Marvel Zombies... "Should have included everything because there's others universes he's appeared in too. "
" @G Bird said:Well then the graph is only a reflection of 616, not "Moon Knight's Career" as you stated. And yes I know, I'm picky!" @Danial79 said:I know, but I'm only interested in 616 :) "" And it's only Earth-616... no Ultimate or Marvel Zombies... "Should have included everything because there's others universes he's appeared in too. "
Here's an addendum...
For Ultimate MK add:
- 2005: 5
- 2006: 2
- 2007: 4
- 2008: 3
And for Zombie MK add:
- 2005: 1
- 2006: 3
- 2007: 2
- 2009: 2
- 2010: 2
" @G Bird: If I could edit the title, I'd change it to "Moon Knight's Earth-616 Career" for you :)Awesome, I didn't know Moon Knight had so many appearances in the Zombie U!

They're all post-2003 anyway, so all it really means is that MK is really taking back off, which is great because he hit a pretty flat spot between '95 and '02..." Awesome, I didn't know Moon Knight had so many appearances in the Zombie U! "
