    He's not just any old person, he's a mob boss and Deadpool was sent to kill him. Moon Knight doesn't know the old man's background and just thinks it's a regular person, so he tries to stop Deadpool and fights him.

    I assumed there was a reason he was trying to kill him, but the fact remains that Deadpool is trying to kill a helpless, unconscious old man. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
