    After reading this, I kind of feel really f*cking bad for being so harsh on the previous issue; I kind of thought that this was leading up to something(maybe it still is, I mean, who am I to question Ellis?), but I guess believing that kind of restricted me for appreciating the beauty and fun of what Ellis was trying to do. He obviously didn't plan on staying so he's probably setting a new level for the further writers as well as having fun along the way through wonderful characterization and pu...

    My Favorite new series from Marvel: Moon Knight! This all-star team has really re-imagined this character and I have a feeling he will be written this way for a long time to come. Writer Warren Ellis has been telling stand alone crime stories that anyone can pick up and read, and normally I am not a fan of this style, but Ellis makes each story feel like an Edgar Allan Poe story... but with more violence, and the same amount of masked people.     This is simply a viscerally exciting and fun issue. There's very little dialogue and plot, but the story is well told through the art and actions. It all feels natural, and pulls away from the supernatural stuff that has had a grip on the series the past two issues, making it feel fresh. The fights are stellar and compelling, pushing me through to the end without hesitation. My only issue is that it goes by fast, but it allows you to really stop and appreciate the art and the fights as you crawl...
