    Not bad.

Issue #1 of the new Moon Knight series.

The Story: Mark Spector is now a tv producer in L.A and Cap tells him that he has to be the new hero in this city.He confronts Mr.Hyde and finds an Ultron head.

The Good: I found how Bendis told MK's origin in  a clever way and it is a good way to tell his origin to new readers.Alot of the dialogue is very funny and I finally get what people say about Bendis writing with conversations between characters. The angle with Ultron is very interesting.Bendis does adress Mark's craziness agin even tough I think it got resolved in the first trade of the Huston series but I might be wrong. Also I like Maleev art, it's very gritty and it fits with Moon Knight but it doesn't compare with David Finch.

The Bad: I feel like Mallev's art would work better if it was in black and white. Also I still don't know how I fell about the "Only Avenger you need" angle but I will just have to read the next issue.

The Verdict: This is a very effective start to a new series that establishe's Marc new role in life with a very interesting mystery with very good art that goes along very well. This is a buy.

(By that I mean his series get cancelled a lot). But since Bendis is the writer (yes, I admit that I like his writing), I'm going to give this a go and pray that Moon Knight sells well.As the other reviews say, it is a little odd that Marc has become a TV show producer, and whilst it isn't exactly explained why he is, I...

Time For Another Moon Knight #1 0

Moon Knight has had more comic series than I can keep track of. Being a big Moon Knight fan, I always cringe a little with each one, fearing the inevitable cancelation. I can only hope this one will bring an end to that trend. The Good  Going into this comic, there was no way I could not be extremely skeptical. Moon Knight in L.A.? Marc Spector as a television producer? Sounds a little weird but because it's something different, and that's what might be needed to keep this series going where as t...
