Miss Bianca is a veteran of The Rescue Aid Society; she is the ambassador from Hungary.
Miss Bianca is the first to come to Penny's aid when they receive her message in a bottle. She is also chooses Bernard to accompany her to Louisiana. She is the more courageous of the two, and is the first to talk to Rufus, the cat. She is also the one booking their flight with Orville.
After saving Penny, she and Bernard remain partners and continue rescuing children.
Miss Bianca is the one to accept her and Bernard's assignment to Australia to rescue Cody. She also is quite enamored of Jake, a kangaroo rat. She takes a bit of a back seat to Bernard in this movie and agrees to marry him at the end.
