After the touching two-parter where Mimic opted to "stick around" with the cast of Legacy, a few of us assumed he'd then take a back-seat and only really crop up in the background. But the good news is, writer Chris Gage is actually a big Mimic fan and seems to have pushed for the guy to take up a main role in his book!

As AvX hits X-Men Legacy, we see that Mimic is paired up against the Falcon. Falcon doesn't stand a chance against Mimic who is WAY out of Sam's power league. But since this entire event is just Avengers beating X-Men, I'm sure we can look forward to Mimic's first adventure with the Legacy cast to be disastrous and make no sense at all ¬_¬

She-Hulk, Falcon and Moon Knight aren't on any Avengers teams atm... so it's kinda interesting they're acting as the Avengers as a team together.

616 Mimic's a loser. Even with all his powers he's never accomplished anything other than failure.

Judging from the preview art he can't even take down Falcon, something a dying Cable was able to do effectively without his powers.
