    Sydney is an attorney at Rosenblum, Rosenberg, and Fummetto. He works with Kyle Richmond (Nighthawk), whose finances are being investigated by the IRS. Matt Murdock also works with Rosenblum to aid Kyle.

    Richmond's financial trouble last for years, but are finally wrapped up through the intervention of August Masters of the CIB, a shadowy spy agency. It turns out that Richmond never did anything wrong, and just has to pay back taxes.
