Midnighter vs Assassin8: Round 1
Been a long time since I did a review. Let's finish this arc.
Review:
Now this is more like it. If you’ve haven’t read this issue, then you don’t know what your messing. It’s just nothing but incredible action packed fight between two deadliest opponite, and I liked how it way it was set up, especially Midnighters' card stating "I know everything that's going to happen and I've fought this fight in my head" thing. What surprised me was that Assassin8 was ABLE TO HOLD HIS OWN against Midnighter before taking him out. But to my understanding, he like’s a good fight and doesn’t always go for the quickest kill, so there’s no doubt he was holding back. The fight would’ve been more entertaining if there were curve lines and a bit sound effects to get an idea of who did what. There wasn’t much dialogue between the two so the writing isn’t a big deal, and the art was ok. Overall, great issue.
